Jacob gave us an amazing experience! We came to pick up our headlight bulbs and asked if anyone was able to assist us with installing them. Not only did he help us but he walked us through how to install them ourselves. What a guy! Thank you Jacob!

Outstanding staff. I brought my old truck to these guys and needed to replace my tail lights. Needless to mention it was on one of the coldest days of the season. These guys did not only come outside to helped me install , but they walked me through how to install them in the future. They pretty much gave me a crash course on how I can do it on my own next time. I have always had a positive experience with the guys in there. I recommend this place!

Broke the clasp on my windshield wiper today, thought I'd be in for a $60+ bill on new wipers even though mine were pretty new, Geoff helped me out with a new clasp (not sure if that's right right word, its the thing that holds the windshield wiper onto the arm) an ays he saved me a boat load. Didn't cost me a thing and he even put it on for me! Really made my day. Thank you again Geoff and O'Reilly's you guys are great!

I just wanted to say how great it was to work with O'reilly. William and Ted in the 1st st West Des Moines' Store were awesome. I purchased a new engine for my son's truck last week. Everything went smooth, Ted was there to take care of everything, help us through the process of registering for warranty, and I truly appreciate it. Thanks, Ted and William for your help. They made a not so good situation go better than expected. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Employees are helpful and were able to help me find parts I needed to fix 2 separate issues. They worked through a complicated warranty return (online order, in-store warranty replacement). I appreciate that the replacement was there when they said it would be (next day)

I rarely work on cars but when I do I buy parts here. Ive had them test batteries (free service) and install wiper blades (because I'm too lazy to do it myself). Employees have always been helpful and friendly. I will keep coming back.

Ted has helped me and my 2005 Honda Accord numerous times regarding parts and tools. The oher staff is friendly as well. Parts arrive quickly when not in stock.

I bought windshield wipers in Colorado last week. The driver side wiper came off in the snow today. Luckily i didn't lose it, I went here and they were able to replace my wipers to ones that will not fall off with no extra charge. THANK YOU O'REILLY'S!

Just bought battery at 1st Street location West Des Moines was helped by Christian.He was professional and friendly as he installed for me, he is an asset to your company,Stopped at new Auto Zone down the street to try it out before going to your location.Employee took one look at my car said to much work.Auto Zone has lost a customer you have gained one because of Christian,customer service is everything,thanks guys.
