I had to make an unexpected trip to Iowa to visit a friend who had just entered hospice care in Waterloo. The airport was somehow out of cars, so I had to rent from this location in West Des Moines. Xavior Williams called me two days before my reservation to confirm all my information. Due to my friend’s rapidly declining condition, I had to modify my reservation to go a day early. Xavior accommodated my request to change my reservation despite it being clear that there seemed to be a shortage of available cars in the city. He was on site the following day to check me in and give me a car, and demonstrated great sensitivity towards my situation. It was definitely one of the best rental car experiences I’ve ever had.

Madysen, Zach, and team were FANTASTIC. They were extremely helpful and prompt. The vehicle was well maintained and they were very flexible on our specific requests/needs. When returning the vehicle, Madysen noticed me parking and came right out - I never waited in line to pick up or drop off (talk about customer service!!). Very glad to have this location and team in West Des Moines. 5 stars!

We had an excellent first experience with this branch and company and will definitely consider if we ever need to rent again. Our SUV was backed into and their insurance covered our rental, however, for only a car. We were really hoping to have something that was comparable to what my wife typically drives but their insurance would not cover it. The enterprise staff placed us in a truck with no extra fee to us to ensure our satisfaction. They would have placed us in an SUV but they did not have any available at the time. The only thing that I did not care to much for was that they gave it us with half a tank but they noted it on their side and was never an issue. Cannot say enough good things about the staff and customer service here at this location. Keep up the great work!!

The Fuller Road location is very convenient for me. I have had a number of upgrades on vehicles and most of the time, the vehicles are clean and in good shape. Also, this location gets me on my way whether I'm picking up a vehicle or dropping one off. Special kudos to the manager, Marissa, as she is super friendly and is always working to provide exceptional customer service. I've seen her grab a vacuum and clean a vehicle just to help me get on the road faster. That's going the extra mile.

Being Memorial Day weekend, I knew rental car places would be busy, but imagine my surprise when I came to pick up my rental for the weekend and found no employee there. After waiting for an hour and a half the branch manager showed up to a lobby of unhappy customers. He was absolutely AMAZING and handled everything wonderfully! While we waited my husband attempted to call Enterprise to see if we could transfer our reservation to another location. Corporate was extremely unhelpful but because of Justin's positive attitude and helpfulness with the situation, we will always rent our vehicles from this location. Great way to handle an unfortunate situation!

We rented a minivan for a last-minute trip, and the service was excellent. The online check-in process was easy and made picking up the vehicle fast. The staff was very attentive to all our questions. The car was spotless.

I had a fantastic experience with the Valley Junction office. Andre was absolutely wonderful getting me the kind of car I was used to.
He was very kind & very helpful trsining me how to.use the 2020.version of Acadia. His followup was outstanding. He makes customers feel like they really matter. Thanks for having such a great employee, Enterprise. I would highly recommend the Valley Junction office & Andre.

Had to get a rental as my car was.in the body shop getting fixed. I was literally there less than 5 minutes! You do have to pay a $50 deposit for gas in case you dont bring back with the same amount. They also picked up the rental after I picked up my car at the collision center! Great service!

I've been here 4 times for rental cars and its always been great. This time we did the walk around on the car I was getting. When we looked at the tires we found one that was bad so they upgraded me for no extra charge. Great business and customer service.

The service was good. But I really did not appreciate the fact that this location did not have Full SIZE SUV atall but they still went ahead and accepted my booking and later they confirmed that also 2 days before my reservation. Felt cheated. They gave me 5% additional concessions. So my request to customer to call in advance to check if they at all have the category of car you are booking/looking for. (My learning as well)

Justin is the manager at this location and him plus his team are simply phenomenal. They bend over backwards to take care of their customers. Everyone is treated with the utmost respect and outstanding customer service that truly is commendable. I highly recommend the West Des Moines branch in particular because Enterprise really does treat you like family!

This location is truly 5 star. The customer service is awesome and the manager Miller is simply awesome. His customer service skills are incredible. Rent from here with confidence.

I always rent from Enterprise in West Des Moines on fuller road. They are awesome to work with and their customer service goes far beyond what is ever anticipated. All my friends and family go there now because how they are compassion and understand your needs and do their best to make your experience so enjoyable. They deserve awesome recognition!

My girlfriend and rented a vehicle at this location and I would recommend you to make this your first and last call for getting a vehicle. There was a mix up with the vehicle requested initially and a misunderstanding but the rep made it right and went out of his way to do so. I feel it's rare for businesses to admit when they make a mistake (because mistakes can happen) and even more rare these days to make it right. These guys made it right and and then went the extra mile. Professional and helpful!! Thank you!

I am so happy that our regular rental place is back open!!!! We rent vehicles 3-5 times a year and always from the fuller road location in west des moines. I have never had an issue with waiting, everyone is amazing, helpful and so nice.
