I have a wonder experience, Olivia assisted with helping me find the exact part I needed with great customer service. Then Jacob worked with me to find the right bolts an I want to give them BOTH a special Thanks!! I love the store, I do not plan on going anywhere ever again! THANK YOU!!!

Went in for several things this afternoon and from walking in we were greeted by friendly faces who were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to DeMarcus, Mark & Michael for providing exceptional customer service to us and the rest of the customers in their store today!!! We also made sure to call the regional managers phone number on the door to let them know they most definitely deserve raises and bonuses!!!

The gents here were very helpful and kind. Seemed genuine too, which I appreciate. They had the fluids I needed in stock and were easy to find.

100% recommend THIS AutoZone. After a long and bad day of nothing but things going wrong that definitely needed to go right of course one more thing went wrong. The hose for our radiator (which we had just replaced) would not stay attached because of the clamp and the coolant all dumped out as we were driving. We pulled in and parked. Realized we forgot my wallet. We were stuck. We felt defeated. The store associate Jeremy came outside and asked if we needed help and was beyond helpful. From making sure my husband had the right clamp and tools we needed and talking to him through the process. HE DESERVES A RAISE!!! We can now safely move to Michigan without worrying. THANK YOU JEREMY!! Good people still exist!!

Bad week of jump starting my car. Stopped in here for help. Super helpful guys right away. Helped me with my battery and got me back on the road. 100% recommend.

I was unable to get all the parts that I needed right away, but the young lady I dealt with (although being new) was very professional and courteous, as well as being patient. I was extremely impressed.

Mark (Mgr) & Jake (a new employee) went above and beyond to help me replace a headlight on my 2009 Traverse.
Unfortunately, they found an animal had chewed the wires so that was above what they could help me with.
They referred me to a reputable shop who can get me in first appointment in the morning.
I won’t go anywhere else!
As a single mother I struggle with feeling ‘ripped’ off because I’m a female.
That never happens @ this store.

After being told by two other auto parts stores that they couldn't install my battery, I stopped by AutoZone and talked to DeMarcus. He told me that they can change the battery because they have the computer needed to reset my car's computer. DeMarcus explained my options and cheerfully installed my battery. I feel he went above and beyond and was just a nice guy to chat with. I'll refer people to this location for sure.

Jeremy and Michael were absolutely amazing here, helpful, and very accurate loaner tool recommendations. A professional team for a small project with many hiccups in their parking lot!! We asked first, of course. Amazing job 👏 *clapping*

I want to recognize Jeremiah. It was a stressful night and let me explain but first let’s talk about Jeremiah: He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He provided genuine and friendly service. I’m not too experienced with vehicle maintenance, what may seem like an easy fix to some comes across as a challenge for me. Initially, the service I was receiving was not what I expected: I was being helped by a different associate.. oh let me tell you… if I were his manager… we would have a stern conversation… In fact: I was so displeased initially: I was going to file a complaint. The first associate, asked for a little extra cash in exchange for service… seemed a little odd but I did need the help.. He made me feel uncomfortable. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, again I don’t know much about vehicles: I felt like I had no other choice. He made me spend unnecessary money and his customer service skill, needed some work. He was wearing these big black glasses when speaking to customers. I’m the kind of guy that wouldn’t generally care but… his attitude was also a problem and he made me feel like a total dummy… asking customers for additional cash in exchange for service.. seems kind of odd for AutoZone and it was ticking me off … Jeremiah noticed what was happening….stepped in. Apologized. He emphasized that, that’s not how service is done there. He also helped me return the item I didn’t necessarily need, I didn’t realize I had warranty on the previous item I had. It was a relief. He even took the time to explain everything, to the basics. Jeremiah’s integrity and the ability to notice and resolve an issue should be recognized. He made my situation feel at ease. I am posting this comment in hopes he gets recognized for doing the right thing. 1 customer may have a great influence on others, this is important to remember when serving customers. If it weren’t for Jeremiah, I would definitely would have. At least, as much as I could….but… I left there with the confidence that I can always return. As for the other guy, I wouldn’t necessarily say I would fire him but I would definitely have his performance evaluated… anyhow, thanks for listening…

Jeremy did an awesome job of going above and beyond with checking my battery and starting system. He provided honest and hardworking service and made this first time customer a life time customer.

One of the staff offered to help me replace the windshield wipers. It's perfect timing also because that time I do need help so he did the windshield by himself and I was securing my cargo for the long haul and it's raining. Much appreciated sorry I can't remember your name..

Manager Mark truly focuses on serving customers with his knowledge and expertise. Mark went ‘above the mark’ with helping me get back on the road again. He’s the kind of guy you wished you ran into when challenges happen because he selflessly chooses to help you because “…it’s the right thing to do. If I have the tools that can fix your problem then that’s my duty to use them and help you get back on the road”

I came in on a super chilly day and had two of the guys helping me with getting my tail light replaced and troubleshooting getting a license plate on. Both of these guys showed nothing but respect and dedication to making sure I had these things done right even though it was so cold out.
I’m always happy with the service and employees from this location!

I really had a fun time hanging out at the store. I came in to ask them about my car oil. And ended up staying there for an hour talking to another old-timer who came in to buy parts. And the clerks were enjoying our conversation about sports and about being in the service. The workers had a great attitude.
P.s. I felt bad because I didn't buy anything. But I decided to go ahead and buy some floor mats for my car. I hope they enjoyed us as we enjoyed their input into our conversations.😊
