I can not say enough good things about Hubbell homes and their employees that we came in contact with. After living almost 50 years in the same home I decided to make a change and Hubbell homes happened to be in the location I wanted to be. I’m very happy they were. Chris was awesome to work with. He was very attentive to what I wanted in my new home and made it happen. Always available for a phone call. Greg was wonderful with the follow through in getting issues (although minor) completed in a very timely manner. They assure me that they are still available for any issues or questions I may have in the future and I am comfortable they will be. They absolutely do not walk away from a customer after the sale is complete. I couldn’t be happier in my new home, thanks to Hubbell and their awesome employees.

I couldn’t be happier with our agent Ali… I was off the road from two weeks travel and still had six hours to drive. I found this neighborhood and was just going grab a brochure and keep going. Ali, was working that day and showed me a few house and had really good knowledge about EVERYTHING ! She checked on us all the way to getting the keys. We love our home and neighborhood and Ali knocked it out the park! Thank Hubbell homes and would recommend to other buyers.

I have lived in my new home for 3 months and i haved loved every minute of it!! If you are looking for a quality built home, you can't beat Hubbell. And if you are looking for great, professional help, you can't beat working with Sidney Rudd! Sidney went the extra mile, ensuring my questions were answered. She is the best!!

Closed on an Aventura condo unit about a month ago. The process was very easy. Liz was knowledgeable about all aspects of the Aventura Community and answered all my questions. There were no surprises, no delays, no issues. Closing was smooth and move in was straightforward. Matt has been very helpful with any post-move questions. Very satisfied with the whole process.

What else should say when love is all i have about hubbells home and highly recommends to buy hubbells home if you're planing to buy one

I have owned three new homes and my Hubbell experience has been by far the best. You know when you buy a new home that there will always be something that needs to be corrected. I have had three repairs completed to my home and all of the warranty work has been done in a timely manner with qualified repair personnel. I applaud Hubbell homes for the excellent quality of staff who make the repairs. I have met three individuals from their team and each has been exceptional in customer service and technical abilities. Hubbell also has an easy-to-use warranty portal online that allows you to make the initial claim and to follow the progress. I think they are a great organization and I would and do recommend Hubbell Homes to everyone.

Stacey & Bailey at the design studio were fantastic to work with selecting everything from colors to all the options for our build-to-suite home. Excellent recommendations and very organized from providing all the options available, recommending, and providing all associated costs if any. Hubbell doesn't provide options pricing details until you get to the design studio selections which scared me that they would be astronomical, but when we did all the selections, everything was very reasonably priced or included which was a pleasant surprise. We originally met Chris at the model home and he was very informative and took us to a couple similar houses when we were deciding which home and options we wanted - really friendly and went the extra mile answering our questions. We're on to the permit and construction phase, but to this point, we've been very happy with Hubbell.

I worked with Hubble homes alone, no realitor. Liz Hansen (home sales professional) showed me several homes and helped me through the entire process by referring me to their sales rep to get 1% off interest and all the way to the end in getting the keys. They both did a wonderful job answering questions, giving updates/details. I appreciate everything they did!

To all the people at Hubbel Homes- you have an absolute rock star working with you! Her name is Sydney Rudd. I am helping my elderly parents transition from their home of 49 years to a new home in a different city(Altoona). Needless to say it’s been quite stressful. When we started looking into some of the Hubbell Homes, we were impressed by the attitudes and service of everyone involved. Sydney especially stood out when my questions and requests started. From the attempts to reschedule warranty “class” to scheduling installation with GE and many situations in between, Sydney always took care of my requests. It has been my experience that a person in her position will “pass the buck” to someone else to help. Not Sydney! If she wasn’t able to help me, she figured out who could. Usually, this is where I always get passed to the next person. Sydney never let that happen. She worked out a solution to every situation and then got back to me. One of the amazing things about this, is that I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a plan of resolution.
We used a Realtor from Iowa Realty. It was an amazing experience and I have a great deal of respect for her and her opinion. She indicated to me that Sydney went above and beyond anyone she has worked with in the same capacity. She’s the one that first called Sydney a Rock Star. That’s why I started this review with the same description. I can’t come up with a better one!

Hubbell Homes was great to work with. We loved picking out our finishings at the Design Studio. Gary was great making sure the house was being built to our liking and on time. Although we didn't get to work with Sydney till the end she is great and made sure our questions got answered right away. We have alot to be thankful for to spend the holidays in our new Hubbell Home.

I’ve worked with and interacted with the Hubbell New Construction sales team on multiple occasions and have had a good experience.
