Arkiko was very helpful in explaining about my new cpap machine. he made very good suggestions as to how to maintain it and is proper use.

Customer service was excellent. Our nurse/technical expert was excellent , knowledgeable ,and explained my equipment operation, service needs, and options fully. The customer service for setting up my appointment was thorough and also explained the process and my responsibilities.

Arkiko was very sweet. She was helpful understanding the Capp
Machine. I am glad I met her, she’s a very nice young lady.

Donnette was incredible. She walked me through every aspect of my new CPAP machine. Was kind and caring and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the machine before I left. She also made sure to make sure I knew that she was there for me every step of the way after I left too. I feel confident I will be successful with the machine and my treatment because of the care and work she put into making sure I knew what I was doing.

I am like a new person with my c-pap machine!! I no longer need naps! Facility is clean. Our initial consultation with Donnette was awesome. She was very informative. Angie called me to follow up about two weeks later to see how I was sleeping and how the mask was working out. I told her I was having some minor issues with my mask and she said no problem I will have Donnette reach out. Donnette called and reviewed my issues and said swing by and we will give u a different one to try. Donnette and Angie are great and I highly recommend.

Donnette Moore did a phenomenal job. She explained everything in detail, from billing to fitting the mask and everything in between. The facility is clean and inviting. Highly recommend!

I am visiting my daughter from out of state. My hose broke on my cpap machine last night and I did not get any sleep. The precious Williamsburg office had one in stock. The staff took the time helped me to get a replacement. I can't thank you enough.

They have been so great and they provide great customer service...I go into the Williamsburg VA office and they are the kind of people that love to smile and joke around. If every place I went to was like this I would smile all day everyday....Thank You so much for being so friendly.
