Jazmin helped me today and I'm so thankful for her! All my packages were a mess and she helped me sort through everything. This location has always been awesome but I will make it my "go to" now because of Jazmin's help today.

Jazmin was so patient and helped me sort out a bunch of stuff. She’s so sweet and has the best customer service. Look forward to seeing you next time, Jazmin!

The owners & staff are super efficient and friendly. They have great customer service and are easy to work with. This is my go-to for all UPS shipping.

This is my go to UPS and the staff are always very friendly. Today they graciously offered to tape up my Amazon return that was supposed to be pre-packaged which was my mistake (I missed seeing that for one of my returns). I feel bad others did not have a positive experience as mine has always been.

Phil is an epitome of an amazing, very kind an a very very humble human who’s mission in life is customer success and making customers happy in every step of the way.

This is my probably my 4th visit to the store and every time it’s been a breeze getting in ( ample parking spots too) , having the best in class help you with your shipping/fax et al needs and you as a customer leave extremely happy and satisfied.

Today happened to be a visit with unusually big circular pot trays that I had to ship back and Phil guided me to an ingenious packaging strategy instead of spending a good $100 just for the boxes and packaging.

His demeanor to help the customer is exceptional and very infectious!!

Keep up the great work Phil. You have a customer for life in me and my family.

I had a great experience at this store earlier today. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had to ship something back to Amazon and the gentleman working at this store helped me disassemble it so that it would fit in the box. The store was really busy but he took the time to help me.

I need more stars for these wonderful people. I had hesitated to go here for several months due to bad experience but to my glee I was greeted warmly by new friendly happy faces.under new management. I messed up my Amazon return label and needed to get the correct label or go to kohl’s which is difficult for a handicapped person. The kind man and woman went out of their way to help me and guided me towards steps with Amazon. New label all done. They seemed to radiate joy from being helpful and kind. They went out of their way to provide cheerful, helpful service. Not a tip jar in sight.I noticed and appreciate their positive attitude with customers and thank again.

The man who took care of me was helpful and nice. No issues and this is the main UPS I use for shipping and returns.

This store has a very convenient location near the post office and starbucks. Staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. They helped me with a box for return of merchandise. They are good at customer service!

I don't usually leave reviews for retail/service experiences, but I had a great experience here recently. I needed to send my mom for her bday a small, flat envelope (package) and the employee was friendly, helpful and shared with me the different costs to ship the envelope. This is a busy store from what I can tell, they have a ton of packages and there are also UPS trucks dropping off/picking up. But the overall service was quick, efficient and helpful. I prefer this store over the US post office across the street. I think the person was Jean who helped my. I witnessed Phil helping others too.

I brought in an Amazon package to be returned and forgot to tape the box shut. The gentleman at the counter taped up the top of my package and it on its way. Very nice and helpful employees.

Each time I bring packages to this location, the staff has been quick to assist me AND to correct my mistakes...often they've ended up taping my packages for free! I'm in and out so quickly. The ownership changed about a year ago and the service has been stellar since. Thank you!

This is our neighborhood UPS store which we frequent often, for Amazon returns especially. I have always found them friendly, fast and efficient. And when possible they go above and beyond for their customers.

Came in to return an Amazon package. Forgot to tape the box up, but they were kind enough to tape it up for me. Was in and out super quick.

Philip was incredibly helpful and made our experience returning a few packages at this location very smooth and secure. Other locations weve been too in this town weve encountered rude staff but Philip was great. Philip deserves a raise in my opinion.
