CVS

This store is awesome.
Today, I went to pick up a prescription and they had the pharmacy floor packed with prescriptions.
I asked, " Why?"
Answer:
The CVS on the Alameda closed and all of their prescriptions were pushed to the WG store.
Please, give these hard working people some breathing room as they work through trying to manage the volume of two stores. A thank you, goes a long way.

There is a lot of different. Products to choose from, and a lot of happy customers doing the choosing. YeehAa

CVS on 1285 Lincoln Avenue, San Jose, California 95125 is really clean, organized and full of helpful people.

This store is really smaller than I expected. There are two entrances. One of the entrance is closed. No wonder I do not see a cashier. The other entrance is open by the parking lot. At least one employee works at the pharmacy section. Another employee works at the cashier near the open entrance. There is a third employee who helped me get that personal trimmer I wanted. I had coupons saved in my CVS card. It was worth buying that personal trimmer. Hopefully, this store gets better when it goes back to pre-pandemic mode in the future.

I stopped into the CVS store on the Avenue in Willow Glen yesterday because I needed to make a copy of one picture from my smart phone. Unfortunately I'm not very smart when it comes to downloading apps and things like that so I asked the cashier how I would go about making a copy of my picture.. She immediately called someone to come and help me and A young lady by the name of Nikki came to my aid. She was very nice and very patient and basically did it all for me the first copy was too dark so she had to repeat all over again and got me second copy which was perfect . I thanked her but I don't feel like I express my gratitude enough to Nikki because that picture was very important to me it was to be used for my mothers grave marker . My husband and I are local business owners also and I would love to have employees like Nikki

People are giving this store grief for rationing vital supplies. They are looking out for their customers and the community, giving everyone a chance to get what they need. They are also doing a senior hour in the morning. I am super impressed with the manager doing the right thing. Thank you!

Got our flu shot and another vaccine here. Dude at the door/register was super friendly, the ladies in the pharmacy were so sweet and helped us a lot.
