CVS

I felt obligated to leave a review of the pharmacy after a positive experience yesterday, especially after seeing so many negative ones. The scene was chaos with customers rudely trying to cut each other in line blaming the desk ladies "she told me to go to this line!" followed by "she told the rest of us too, but you can't cut us!" and another customer yelling "you ladies are so unorganized! never coming to this cvs!" meanwhile the people at the desk had no attitude and handled each and every problem one by one, between pickups and vaccines.

Most of the customers were not reading the huge signs above each side of the desk that says "VACCINE CHECK IN" or "PRESCRIPTION PICK UP" and then would lose their temper and yell at the clerks when they had to wait in the line that was related to their transaction, because they were being handled by two different people.

Sometimes the customer IS wrong and anybody who has worked in customer service will understand what I'm talking about. The clerk, despite the scene of chaos and hostility was very professional and patient, making sure each person was able to have their questions answered and meds taken care of.

I had an insurance issue with my vaccine and she had me stand aside and wait a short 5-10 minutes for something to clear and helped other customers in the meantime. No worries, no tantrums, just trying to be as efficient as possible with a mob of "Karen's" of all shapes and sizes.

Honestly god speed if you work at this CVS, dealing with these customers must feel like trying to boil the ocean

The cashier(Alysia) really helped me, and it was a good experience for me. It definitely deserves 5 stars.

Sandy in the Pharmacy went above and beyond to help me get medication refills after I had forgotten my prescriptions back home in NC. She was very caring and professional and I am grateful to her.for helping me.

I came here to pick up my prescription within 30 minutes of it being sent. Was surprised they already had it ready. The pharmacy staff have to deal with some very peculiar personalities as part of their job, and I don't envy them at all. 🤣

Izel is customer focused, efficient, knowledgeable and charming. She has an upbeat and positive attitude that made my day!

The pharmacist is great Always helpful and will get stuff done in a timely matter. All you have to do is tell him once and he will take care of it. Great service extremely happy

I got to this "24 Hour" location at 4am, just to see sign reading "We're Closed, Open at 5am". I tapped on the glass and a middle aged, caucasian lady with glasses came to the door and said they'd be open at 5am. I told her I was having an asthma attack. She immediately opened the door and directed me to the over the counter asthma inhaler I desperately needed. I wish I had gotten her name, but obviously my mind was elsewhere. I'm not sure she saved my life, but she sure helped me in a hellish situation. Thank you so much Ms.

Friendly helpful attendants and a very informative and efficient pharmacy.

Very nice lady with the name Bouche on her name tag. She was super helpful and she found me the right skin products for a good price. Gave me a bunch of samples to try. Thank you!

Had a wonderfully pleasant experience shopping in this location the other day. It was my first visit to this CVS. I would return.

The pharmacy is indeed open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This store was clean and the pharmacist was nice and helpful.

Associates was very cheerful and very helpful friendly greetings fast service
