Walgreens

Went in to return some batteries I purchased the night before dreading what I would have to go through. To my surprise it turned out to be a simple process. My visit was made the most pleasant experience. No hassle in and out in record time. Great job Erica keep up the good work. Both Walgreens and it's customers needs more employees like you. Thanks again

Manager Shapnac(I think that’s how her name is spelled) and cashier Vanessa are great employees, As well as the other cashiers I’ve encountered. Always friendly and patient. Definitely one of my favorite Walgreens.

I got stuck late at work I needed to pick up my inhaler, I called WALLGREENS to see what time they close and my navigation said that I would make it there at 9 PM and that’s when they closed. I called to ask them if they close right at nine because I needed to get my medication and I told him I was rushing to get there and I would probably get there right at nine, the pharmacist answered the phone said don’t worry about it take your time, please do not drive too fast and be safe. I was really blown away that he was concerned about me speeding and my safety, when I got there to pick up my prescription he was so informative and helpful compassionate professional and kind, I cried on the way there because I couldn’t understand why a stranger would be so caring and compassionate and be worried about my safety, I thanked him for waiting around until I got there and told him how grateful I was, he was not in a hurry he took the time to take my medication out of the package and show me how to use it and had me use it while I was there so I would be doing it properly, he also mentioned again when I said thank you for waiting that it was not a problem and that all he wanted was for me to get there safely. I don’t know how many people run across people that are so kind and caring to strangers but I really felt blessed to have ran across this man and I really felt like he was an Angel. I didn’t get his name but he was the only man working at close, if somebody from WALLGREENS reads this post if you can inbox me andAnd let me know his name I would like to post it here on this review. If I moved out of the area I would probably drive all the way across town just to come to this Walgreens because of the service that I have received, thank you thank you thank you

We usually get our prescriptions here as we could walk here from home. The staff in the pharmacy is very friendly and helpful. I also like to use their FedEx drop off and pick up service here.

It's a Walgreens, what more is there really to say? It's convenient if you live in the Willow Glen area.

Typical to pretty much every other Walgreens that has convenience items as well as a pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain what your insurance will cover and why as well as interactions any of the medications may have.

Great Walgreens, they keep it clean and organized. They always send someone over to the photo counter just might take a moment. Only negative is that they get the occasional homeless person outside but usually it's only 2 max.
