The woman clerk was very friendly; the store is huge, much bigger than the nearby Walgreens in Santa Clara, CA that we usually shop at. And this item, Suave Hair Conditioner, both our local store and the entire Walgreens Online System was completely out of stock. But Rite-Aid had it in stock, thanks a bunch.

The pharmacy staff and pharmacists are very friendly and helpful. The store itself is very organized. I generally use this for my prescriptions though cosmetics and several other items can be purchased as well. They sell icecream as well.

Everything is easy to find here because the store is clean and organized.
Store associates greet and even ask if you need help if they’re not mid-interaction/transaction with another customer.

I’ve been going to Rite Aid for 30+ years. Moved my parents medications to Rite Aid as well. Never had a problem with the Pharmacy or employees. Pharmacist’s always have my meds ready especially with other pharmacies closing in the area. They are extremely busy but always take the time and patience to help their customers.

I love my store on white rd and story great pharmacy people only one India lady long dark black hair name NEELIMA !! CHANGE HER !! PLEASE COMPLAINTS ALWAYS NOT WANTING TO HELP VERY VERY RUDE AND BAD MOUTH ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS I HAVE WITNESSED! I had the absolute best pharmacist today when I received my first covid-19 vaccine. I didn’t catch her name but she was petite, Asian, and super bubbly and a clear communicator. She was awesome and I hope I get her next time.
