I had the pleasure of meeting Jack Albushies. He is professional and great at his job. Jack took the time to answer all of my questions and go over every detail about two specific models I was interested in. No pressure at all. I didn’t end up purchasing a car here ONLY because it’s a terrible time to purchase or lease a new vehicle anywhere. Unfortunately, I didn’t see any used inventory within my price range that I liked.

However, I’ll be sure to return and ask for Jack in year or so. Your dealership is lucky to have him!

I had the best experience ever in purchasing my new vehicle from Albrecht GMC of Wakefield. All of the staff at this dealership are top quality especially the manager of this dealership Frank Viola. He was exceptional and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. The best in the business. A special thank you to my dealer at Albrecht his name is Gabriel Cortes. He explained everything to me about my purchase and was very helpful with all of my questions. He was always there to answer any questions about the sale of my new vehicle. I was motivated to buy because of GM's low financing rate, Albrecht's Managers special discounts, and the I had to move from a 5 passenger to 7 passenger vehicle due to the number of increasing grandchildren. I first searched the web and was introduced to Dakota who worked the web sales, she was excellent! Extremely responsive and had EXCELLENT oral and written communication skills. Although I drove 60 miles from the dealership where I purchased the vehicle, I was compelled to buy from there based on my interactions with Dacota, and the fact the dealership had the vehicle that I knew I wanted to buy. It was an easy sale, although I did test drive other vehicles, as they had an abundance of models and make in stock to choose. I did work the sales associate, Jack very hard. He was a junior member of the sales team but non the less worked patiently with me to satisfy all my requirements. A shout out to Kendra their Finance Director, she was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and quick getting me processed and did not try to pressure me into purchasing additional products. They quickly helped me with getting all the registry stuff done. With all the positives, I did had one dissapointment that they were not licensed to provide me an inspection sticker. Jack made it all good by setting me up on the Buick app and walking me through the features so I drove away with comfort. Great experience overall!

I want to say Big Thank you to everyone that made this possible . I first learned about 2 vehicles that I was interested on internet The staff called me right away. There was no pressure or nagging me when I arrived . They were all do nice pleasant. I walked around looked at all gmc’s to see which one I was interested in . I found my dream car went inside met John he was awsome answered all my questions & concerns. I went back Monday met with business manager it took 10 mins . I was proud owner. John was the best great customer service & stayed in contact with me . I did meet Pedro he was amazing as well great service and delivery of my new car . The Gm was so nice .

It's never a good day when your car breaks down on the Zakim Bridge....but the experience I had at Albrecht following that day was nothing short of amazing. From Carlos in service to our salesman Jack and even Randy, the experience we had after such a bummer of a day gave me faith again that things happen for a reason. I was greeted by Mia Hitchcock moments after I arrived and was poking around the lot. My interest spanned across two different models and rather than push me towards the model that had the bigger price tag, Mia helped me determine which model would be the best fit for my needs. The process from start to finish was incredibly painless. All of my questions and concerns were answered with full transparency and without argument. My grandfather recently purchased a new Buick from Mia. She was kind, helpful and made the car buying process very easy and enjoyable. He did go back a couple weeks later to ask some questions on the cars technology and Elliot Williams stepped right in to help him out. Elliot was very knowledgeable with all of the cars equipment. Larry Marcus of Albrecht Buick GMC was extremely helpful throughout the purchasing process. He is passionate about his job. He was very easy to talk to and was very well informed about the Acadia we were looking to purchase. He was very friendly, like someone you have known for years. I purchased my Gmc few months back everything was great from viewing the vehicle to the final purchase. Then my car broke down twice in same week not due to anyone fault. When I called Albrecht to tell them what was going on they said bring it right in.I went to dealership they had to order the parts. I use my car 7days week for my business it must need self-employed. Ed Service Manager was so nice and helpful through my experience along with Jason & Carlos kept me update on when my care would be fixed. Ed knew my situation made the experience positive.

Elliot was my salesman, he was personable, helped out with trade in and financing etc. He was very easy to work with and answered the phone even on his day off! He never pushed me into a deal I did not want and it was a great experience. If you go in. Ask for Elliot!

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned truck. Jack Albushies was my sales professional. He was fantastic. He was a very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful young man. The dealership should be happy to have him. My particular purchase was a little more complicated and lengthy than your typical sale I would imagine as it involved the trade-in of a vehicle that needed a full and complete diagnostic run on it to establish its trade value. Jack was very patient and helpful throughout the 3 day process. I greatly appreciated his transparency throughout and also the fact that he made my girlfriend and I feel comfortable and informed about everything that was going on. He happily let me test drive several vehicles so I could make my own comparisons even though we pretty much already knew which vehicle we’d be purchasing. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership made the buying process pleasant. Jack, Frank, Kendra, Brian, I’m probably missing a couple people but everyone was just great in general!!

Where to start ... So let me start by saying that Gabe, Randy and Kendra are all awesome! I was looking to secure a new truck, and had called around to multiple dealerships getting the runaround about pricing and inventory for a week and a half ... enter this team. They recognized that I was serious and just looking for a fair shake on the pricing of the truck and after 2 quick phone calls - we were able to come to an agreement on a truck and price (without having to step foot in the dealership). I was scheduled to fill out paperwork and pick up the truck - and all went smooth (huge thanks to Kendra who really went above and beyond in making this deal happen - a true asset to the dealership)!! Gabe was very knowledgeable, answered any questions, and walked me through the setup of the new vehicle!
