Dr Casey’s office has been great with our girls! They take the time to explain all dental procedures and plans, both to the kids and parents in a way that is easy to understand and efficient. The course of action for dental procedures is thoughtfully addressed and I never felt rushed or compelled to do anything we were not comfortable with. The office is organized and super friendly. We are lucky to have Dr Casey’s practice is our community!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Casey and team! I cannot say enough good things about her practice! Dr. Casey is professional and knowledgeable, she's flexible with the treatment plan based on what is best for the patient. Her staff is amazing, kind and patient, we're always greeted with a smile, especially our favorite person, Ericka, who can lighten up the mood and have fun ;) The practice has modern conveniences: text messaging for appointment communication, an online portal for forms and more! The practice works in tandem with our general dentist, so there is one less thing we need to do to get great dental care all around. The waiting area is beautiful and serene, I could keep going. Not to mention the practice is conveniently located a short walk from the middle and high schools. Look no further, Melrose Orthodontics is your choice!

Although technically we haven’t begun our treatment plan for our child, I can speak to how well run the office is. They are patient and kind, make my child feel comfortable. Their follow-up is exceptional. Since I was unable to attend the appointment with my child, I appreciated they offered to follow up with me directly so my husband didn’t have to remember all the details of the exam and treatment plan. Best run office I’ve seen in a long time!

Dr. Casey is excellent: she led us through the entire process and treatment, and explained every step thoroughly. There were no surprises: she was in such an impressive control, and the result of her treatment as good as we could wish for. Dr. Casey is kind and compassionate, and we learned a lot from her. The office is most pleasant and the staff always helpful. And the garden that Dr. Casey tends to made every visit a treat!

Melrose orthodontics is an amazing place. Ericka made us feel like family from the first phone call we made for an appointment. Dr Casey and her staff are so wonderful to my daughter when she got her braces and at every check in appt. Dr Casey was very thorough and explained everything to me and my daughter that would be done for braces and work she needed in the future. The office is very comfortable and feels like your at home while you’re waiting!

I had an amazing experience at Melrose Orthodontics. Dr. Casey and her team are kind, thoughtful, organized, and professional. To give them five stars is just not enough. The work I had done on my teeth came out better than expected. I believe it’s because they use the latest high-tech equipment and techniques. My son started going there when Dr. Neal owned the practice. A year in, Dr. Casey took over the practice and we have seen constant innovation and change. I appreciate the extensive renovations and reorganization to make the place warmer and more inviting which puts the patients at ease. The electronic appointment system that emails the appointment as well as the reminder is more convenient. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.
I always feel comfortable when there. Dr. Casey has a lovely manner and is always happy to answer questions. Rowan has had a great experience with this practice! And a beautiful new smile!

I have had an unbelievable experience with Dr. Casey. As an adult, it is hard to trust just anyone with orthodontics because you want to make sure you receive the outcome you hope for at this point in life. Dr. Casey did just that and more. She listens to your concerns and personal likes/dislikes, then takes those into consideration when creating a plan that fits you. On top of all of that Dr. Casey is easy to talk to and is super nice! I would recommend this office to any one of all ages. She can do it all! Not to mention, her waiting room is so chic and modern!

Dr. Casey is very knowledgeable and patient with both parents and kids alike. She makes the time to answer questions and concerns and provides the dental plan ahead of time to make sure everyone is on the same page. Dr Casey is great! She has used several new treatment techniques on my son who has been in braces over two years with great success. I appreciate her ability to communicate with both myself and my son about her treatment plan and expectations. I highly recommend her!
