Purchased a new car from Herb Chambers of Wayland (Boston Bentley). It was a great experience from the moment I walked into the showroom. My salesman, Mason Whiteman, was extremely patient. He was completely transparent and honest. Not only was he personable but he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered all my questions! Buying a car at Chambers in Wayland was such a pleasure. Mason, the rep for Alfa Romeo, is young and knowledgeable, exactly what the brand needs to grow. It is a very fair and respectful retail transaction. The dealer does not insult your intelligence on your trade nor do they play with the price of the vehicle. If you have your info together, you can drive away the same day. There was no pressure nor were there any hassles. I wish Mason the best of luck. Chambers is lucky to have him and he is fortunate to be working in what appears to be a great place.

I recently leased my third vehicle from this dealership and as always, the experience was customer-focused, smooth, and ended with a deal that I was very satisfied with. Mason on the sales team is extremely knowledgeable on the ins and outs of their inventory, and gave me great guidance both in terms of clever ways we could get to my price point and when I wanted some feedback on the comparative aesthetics of my vehicle options. Similarly, I can best describe sales manager Dmitriy as “the man” because he really came through for me in the eleventh hour, finding the right vehicle for my needs when I had just about resigned myself to downgrading to another brand. Mason was cleaning a car while I was walking into this dealer for the first time. He is full of life and answer my random question. I walked in and they were looking for a specialist to talk to me. I immediately mentioned Mason is very nice outside! I am so glad to have worked with him.
