Thank you so much to winchester hospital. My son has been having some emotional issues with depression and anxiety. He had several physical checks. The nurses were so kind and the security guys were the best. They were so kind and and we ended up talking with them like friends. Such a welcoming place Thank you.

The first time I was brought to this hospital I was in immense pain. The doctors & nurses were very good to work with. They listened to me & dealt with my problems. I recommend Winchester hospital to my family & friends.

I went to Winchestwr for the first time yesterday and was impressed. Hector did a blood draw, getting it the first try and I never even felt it. (Unusual for me) There was virtually no wait and everyone was very friendly.

Came in at 3 am in the morning... service was good and they figured out what I had. Spent less than 6 hours from check in to discharge.

Just got home on Friday from what I thought would be a quick visit to the emergency room on Wednesday. I am so grateful for everyone I interacted with at Winchester. The nurse Katie and Dr. Lee in the emergency room were so patient and understanding. After I was transferred to cardiology, I got to speak with Dr. Foote, NP Geronimo, and Dr. Lubin, all of whom never made me feel rushed out, explained things to me in a way I could understand, and took time to ensure my questions were answered. My nurses in cardiology were absolute superstars -- Adriana, Maryann, Steven, Chantel, and Michelle (among others whose names are escaping me) were all so sweet and I knew they had my back every step of the way. No one, least of all myself, expected this longer stay but I left feeling so grateful for my experience. If I ever have to go back for another visit, I will go feeling comforted by the knowledge that this outstanding group of individuals will be there.

The nurses were absolutely incredible for the birth of our daughter. They were responsive, encouraged questions, and were exceptionally polite. I can't say enough about the delivery nurse we had. She helped keep everyone calm.

I delivered our son here last summer and had an excellent experience. The nurses and doctors in L&D and the mother and baby unit were so kind and helpful. We ended up needing to do a c-section and Dr. Grove did a great job and the anesthesiologist Chris was so nice! They took good care of all of us and the food was impressive, I wish they'd come feed me at my house hah I would definitely recommend delivering here.

Totally careful doctors and nurses! I really recommend this hospital if you are in need of medical care, I was here a few months ago to take care of my 4 year old son and we were super well taken care of. And today I'm here again to take care of my wife who has kidney stones, they are amazing, I am very grateful for these people who work here!!!

I was so excited to welcome another child into this world at Winchester hospital because that meant I could have access to the AMAZING cafeteria food they serve. I can't speak highly enough about how much I enjoy everything served in the 1st floor cafeteria. I really mean it, i had a grilled quesadilla that was so good, I almost cried.

Also, Kathleen, who had been bringing meals to our room in the mother baby unit, was one of the most memorable people during our stay. Friendly, outgoing, caring, welcoming and a wonderful sense of humor. I smiled everytime the door opened and I saw her standing there. She took the time to connect with us, make us feel important and ensure we had everything we needed, every day. I overheard her telling someone how much she loves her job, and I wanted to take the time to say that she is an asset to the hospital. She is someone who patients will remember. My family and I cannot understate how much more special our stay was because of Kathleen.

We just had our baby girl at Winchester Hospital in October, 2022. Being our first, we do not have anything to compare it to, but I can say that the Nursing staff was phenomenal. Each nurse that was assigned to us during the pregnancy and after the birth of our daughter was attentive, productive, knowledgable and compassionate. At all hours of the night they responded very quickly and when we accidentally pulled the emergency cord (sorry about that), they responded within a 30 second time frame which was impressive. For any couples considering Winchester for the birth of your child, I'd recommend it solely for the quality of service the nurses provided. The rooms are small and husbands/dads I'm sorry to say but you will be quite uncomfortable but hey you can't complain; at least not right after your significant other just gave birth :)

Bring an extra pillow for yourself and blanket from home if you prefer

The food was pretty good. We enjoyed it but mostly the Starbucks/Coffee shop down stairs, separate from the Cafe. Get some extra food during the day to plan for the nights as well, because otherwise you will be eating vending machine junk food all night if you're hungry and didn't prepare with snack from home

When you're having a baby, you place a lot of faith and trust into the staff that is assisting you. As similar to us, your first born can be extremely scary because you just do not know what to expect.Take advantage of the days in the hospital that you have available. You will learn everything needed and it's invaluable compared to when you go home and you do not have the ability to obtain a professional opinions in seconds. Soak it all in as best possible

For new mothers, make a point to see a lactation specialist in the hospital. Your body will be changing and understanding the best positions, latching, and process is very helpful before you depart the hospital

My only gripes about the hospital was the parking. At this time, they were renovating the parking garage so it was difficult to find parking if you didn't utilize valet. The valet staff was extremely polite though. I was impressed by their professionalism and cander

The nursing staff on floor 2 works so hard and does a great job, they're responsible for this rating. The food is also really good too. I was very pleasantly surprised with that. Doctors/surgeons all very busy and do the best they can for the patients. Grateful that they were able to put me back together.

Upon recommendation I brought my Teen son to the Winchester ER after a spill on his bike. Thinking we had a possible broken ankle, we were immediately brought to X ray. Although we did spend a few hours awaiting results, we were very well taken care of. Our attending Nurse was attentive and friendly all while dealing with multiple patients and a packed waiting room. My Thanks and gratitude for excellent care!

So grateful for the hospital staff at Winchester. They saved my life this past year and am eternally grateful for the ER staff, icu doctors and the amazing nurses on floors 3&4! The hospital may be lacking in appearance and bells and whistles but the amazing medical staff are wonderful!

I went into the ER at 5:45 am after a slip on ice breaking my wrist. The nurses were great but I did not catch their names . Dr. Lee was an absolute gentleman and treated every nurse and person helping him with absolute respect. He was extremely upfront about what would hurt and the pain level of it. Dr.Lee and the nurses mad my bad situation into a manageable one and I will always be grateful for that . Winchester hospital is lucky to have their ER staff that was working that morning.

Took our son in to the ER at 1am for labored breathing and a high fever. I have never had such an easy and pleasant ER experience. We were taken back immediately. My son was scared and the nurse and doctor were wonderful with him. Thankfully, his lungs were clear and we were discharged within an hour of arrival which is unheard of in any ER. They sent notes over to our pediatrician who followed up the next morning.

I delivered my second child here May 2022. I had a wonderful vaginal birth! No medical intervention No epidural. I did show up 10 centimeters dilated so that might have something to do with it. I was heard, I was respected,I was cared for really well. The postpartum care was amazing. A special Thank you to all the nurses who made me toast with generous butter🫂❤ I'm forever grateful!!!

Julianne Scott was the doctor on call she was great 👍.

I've been to the emergency room three times. Twice with my son and another time by myself. I am a foreign doctor and am pleasantly surprised by the logistics and speed of medical diagnostics. It's nice that doctors use evidence-based medicine and do not prescribe ineffective drugs.
Of the minuses - I had to wait a long time for a doctor, about 2 hours. And, of course, the cost of medicine in the US is high, despite insurance. Sometimes the bills from such expensive medicine destroy the great impression of the service.

I was admitted on Saturday because I went in to labor and my scheduled section was not until Wednesday . I was treated very well by all staff from the moment I got there. I had to have an emergency c section. Staff during and following were incredible. The nurses in the mother baby unit treated me so well and were very informative. Thank you so much for helping me through this and making sure I am ready to care for my first child ♥

I had nice experience at ER. Though I had to wait 2 hours before see by NP but I had a chronic issue not a sudden excruciating thing that need to be prioritized, so I was OK with wait time. I had given room and well attended by staff. All Nurses and staff was very kind and cooperative. NP had addressed the issue and listened very patiently to problem I had. Ladies at reception/registration were also very polite and friendly.

Winchester hospital was amazing for the delivery of my first baby! The L&D staff were amazing. Specifically Mackenzie and Adrianna were incredible there and very kind and compassionate. Also the recovery nurses Savannah, and Allison were so amazing. I couldn’t say enough good things about the level of detail, care and kindness they showed. Christina the nursing assistant will also make an incredible nurse someday, she was fantastic!! I also want to share that the lactation consultants Eve and Kerry were amazing. I am so grateful for the team of wonderful women who helped me heal and care for me and my baby in those first early days! Additionally Donna in the lab and Felicia were also both extremely gentle and kind as my baby had to have quite a bit of bloodwork due to elevated bilirubin levels. I am so thankful for this team of people. You have excellent staff.
