Very impressed with the communication and timelines. We had to get picked up at 345 to get to the airport and the driver was right on time! I have 3 tall teenage boys myself and my husband and we were all able to fit comfortably!! Would definitely use again as they have the best price and are very easy to deal with! I was a little skeptical of just emailing but it all worked out and I was impressed which I am not easily impressed!!

Excellent service. We have used San Jose Airport taxi to SJC and from SFO. Both times the car was immaculate, the driver was punctual and the journey without fault. Our return flight changed multiple times, change of days, times and even airport. Each time San Jose Airport taxi were accommodating and understanding, which alleviated the stress of a changeable journey. They provided carseats for our children and had them installed before pick-up. We will definitely be using them in the future.

If you're leaving town to catch a flight at an airport 45min to an hour away at dawn, or are returning in the late evening at the same airport miles away from home, this car service is a great resource to use. From finalizing the booking to pick-up and drop off, they are quick and very responsive. I've used them twice already, the first time was for pick up at an airport and they were already waiting by the time I picked up my bags. It was especially nice too because my flight landed earlier than expected and I didn't have to wait or compete with everyone else trying to get an Uber or Lyft at night. Half way on the journey, the roads got very foggy and the driver was very good at maneuvering through low lit areas and turns. I had the same driver again when flying again at dawn with intense rain. Their prices are a bit premium but it's fair considering their prompt service, availability and the vehicle they use (it's not a little coupe or sedan like you get through car sharing apps). The latter is nice because if you're stuck in traffic or need a long ride, it doesn't feel stuffy or uncomfortable. Will definitely plan on using their services again in the future.

My family and I needed a taxi with a car seat for our 2 year old and a taxi large enough for our baggage for an extended international vacation. Harry and his taxi company came to the rescue. They charged very reasonable rates and their service was wonderful. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Booked a cab a couple times with this company both times to SJC from Sunnyvale. Our driver was on time and the car was spotless. Also helped us load/unload the luggage. We had quite a nice chat with our driver Singh as well :)

I needed a last minute ride to the airport, and San Jose Airport taxi really came through for me. They were able to come right out, and the driver was so nice! We had great conversation and the fee was very reasonable! I would definitely call them back for any future rides.

I have not used cabs in many years because they were too often late or no-shows picking me uo for early morning flights, After the last no-show years ago, I said "no more". But I recently decided to try this company based on its high reviews and I found the reviews were justified. Harry picked me up as we had agreed, although he contacted me the day before and we "finessed" the pick-up time due to traffic conditions changing. They tracked my flight number on return and were at the cellphone area waiting for me when I arrived back at SFO , Great service which I intend to continue to use. Service was superb car was clean , driver was skilled, knowledgeable, and safe , What more could a person possibly wish for?

Called ahead of time and was able to get two forward facing child seats. The driver was very kind and even offered an unopened pack of watermelon bubblegum to my 5 year old that was worried about the pressure on his ears from the flight we were about to take. All the extra touches made this a very pleasant and reliable experience and we will use again if flying into San Jose Airport.

San Jose Airport Taxi has been a life saver for me. I live in a complicated area (well up in the Santa Cruz Mountains) and I often need to go to and from the airport for work. San Jose Airport Taxi is incredible — always reliable, on time, clear communication and a very kind and helpful driver. I love that Harry always makes sure he knows when my flight is to make sure that I get to the airport on time. He will let me know if he recommends a different pick up time if airport traffic has been particularly dense. Recently my parents came to visit and I wasn’t able to drive them from my house to the airport. I was really relieved to know that San Jose airport taxi would pick them up and safely get them where they needed to go. Highly, highly recommend.

I entered the taxi in San Jose to Bart station . The Driver was prompt and very helpful . In hurry I forgot my phone in the taxi . He turned back and retuned my phone safe and secured . Very honest and professional driver. I will always use them when I’m in San Jose

Harry is the best. For an ordinary driver you would think Harry risked his life to drive up and switch back mountain road at night to get us and back down to get us to the airport in plenty of time. Harry is my hero!!

Ride to sfo airport from mountains in Los Gatos. Driver Harry was on time, great driver navigating mountain roads in the dark (4:30am). Nice vehicle , friendly and engaged in conversation that I iniated. I liked him a lot.
