The Pub

I love a good dive bar, and The Pub did not disappoint. Friendly service and very reasonable prices! Solid selection of appetizers. The wings were fantastic! Bonus points for pitchers of beer. Can’t wait to come back again and try a burger.

Had an great time at The Pub in Somerville! The bartenders were truly awesome, providing top-notch service and making the overall bar experience fantastic. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff's friendly demeanor added to the enjoyment. If you're looking for a great time with excellent service, The Pub is a definite go-to spot for a classic pub experience!

Filled with locals, The Pub is one of the more towny pubs in Somerville and its a great spot for after work beers. Wouldn't really be coming here for dinner or a meal but if you want to pound some beers with local Somerville firefighters, police and teachers after work this is the spot to be.

The wings here are something else, they fry and grill them and they are amazing. Other than Buffs in Watertown this is one of my favourite spots for wings in the greater Boston area.

Order everything from the bar, if it's not your style then don't come here. The service in my experience has been great.

They have the best food! The steak tips are to die for.

I will try to break this down as simply as I can:

Food: giant plate of fries for $6? Yup.
Drinks: cheap beer and pitchers. We even got a free one at the end of the night.
Atmosphere: a classic no frills dive.

Great atmosphere. Fully packed house. Great local pub. Popped into for 3 beers and a chicken Parm sandwich and fries and catching bruins and college football game.

Fantastic Wings! Heard about their wings on Reddit and did not disappoint.

The wings are cooked perfectly and the grilling after the frying is a nice touch. These are not super saucy but don’t need to be because the chicken is so good!

As far as vibe, this is def a super local bar. If you’re looking for fancy this is not your spot but if you want an authentic experience with great bar food and awesome service you can’t get much better.

Great place to bring the family home for the holidays in for a lowkey divey kind of night! My in laws and I enjoyed a great environment to watch the Pats. Lots of die hard fans can’t wait to be back. Bartender took great care of us

It's a good place to hang out with friends in the evenings. The beer is very affordable.

Perfect dive. Get the grilled wings. Stay away from the foosball table unless you are prepared to lose. ;)
