ViVi Bubble Tea

I quite enjoy their drink selection and I like how they prepare the boba (nice and chewy, not cloyingly sweet). The taro milk tea, thai milk tea, and oreo slushes are my go-tos on bad days, and so long as boba is cheaper than therapy, I'll keep going here. Would recommend.

Vivi bubble tea has a great selection of options to choose from. The environment and seating area is hip and trendy. The pink is really fun. ViVi Bubble Tea also has games available for kids to play. The restrooms are nice and clean. The top ViVi top 10 drinks are great. All around worth stopping having a drink, and playing game.

It makes me so happy that there’s a ViVi here now, they’re one of my favorite boba chains. The space is really nice, great a/c on a summer day, nice spot to relax with friends and play some board games, lots of different seating options, and the employees are so nice! ViVi is really consistent, they make your drink really well every time in my experience. Try a fruit slush with half sugar (my favorite is lychee), more of the fruit flavor comes through!

Best boba in Amherst, black sugar boba is very authentic.

We were looking at the menu and the sign on the door said they were closed, but they were training so they let us order anyway. We both got free bubble tea and they were super nice the whole time! The staff was really accommodating even though they were busy training and we got our drinks relatively quick. The space is bright and big and I'm glad Vivi's is in town, especially since LimeRed has such a limited menu now. The menu here is big and there are lots of delicious options. I can't wait to stop in again!

Great bubble tea. Not crowded. They should update their sign outside as someone tore off a piece and underneath it says coming soon. So we thought it was new and not yet open, though the sign had obviously been outside in the weather for awhile. As we were considering their competition across the street on the main drag, a customer walked out of Vivi so that we knew they were open. Their sign should also alert you to the fact that they are on the lower level and not at street level. Every business needs to make it as easy as possible to get to them, you can't afford to lose customers over something dumb like a misleading sign.

First, when I heard there was a bubble tea store, I had a hard time finding it because it was around a corner downstairs. Second, the line was amazing, very long. I guess everyone wanted a bubble tea that day. Had to wait a while to get mine, but the service was amazing and it made up for all the patience I gave. To make sure I get exactly what I want, they asked and gave me all options I could get along with my tea. The store was clean and simple too. This is definitely my go-to store from now.

Their fruit tea is amazing! I often get stomach aches from boba, but the boba here was soft and I did not have any problem. A good place to go with friends, since they have a variety of games to play while you drink tea. The room is very spacious and the service was kind and efficient. I will definitely be returning the next time I am in the area.

The choices are endless but your allowed to customize your drink. AND you are able to specify how sweet you'd like your drink to be which I find extremely helpful. Our orders were a bit complicated and we were unsure (terrible mix). The employee was totally understanding and asked us questions as the drinks were made.

They have an excellent diverse selection of bubble teas to choose from. They also have a great selection of games to play, so if are spending time getting drink, then there's a good opportunity to sit and play one. Its a nice relaxing way to quench your thirst, and do something fun at the same time.

Its definitely the best bubble tea shop in Amherst. Many kind of milk tea or tea to choose from, the oreo creme burlee was great( what i had). The atmosphere are great not to mention the renovation! Queue is always long but well worth it the wait! Unbeatable taste and environment when you compare to other tea shop! This is the only bubble tea shop i am going from now on.

Love this place I got the flaming brown sugar sooo yummy and the boyfriend got the taro creme brulee with pudding(mine was better) it's just a hard location to find. You have to go down the stairs by the fire department and then it's right there. New favorite spot for yummy drinks!

My friends and I love ViVi!! Easily the best bubble tea in this area. They have so many flavors, the Flaming Brown Sugar and Peach Oolong Cold brew are delicious, and the iced matcha is the only matcha in this area that isn't grainy. Also, they use a nondairy milk powder, so almost everything is dairy-free. As a lactose intolerant individual, it really doesn't get better. 10/10!

Suggestions: Think about having an online order for pick up, so customers don’t have to wait for the line.

Quite expensive although the interior furnishing is very low quality. But they have a large selection of drinks and are all very well put together. I always get 30% sugar because regular is way too sweet that all you can taste is sugar.

In my opinion, best place for boba. Inside has ok vibes but is always clean, and the quality of tea for the price you get is pretty good in my opinion. Nice happy medium for a boba place

one of the lid teas (not the sealed kind) fell over in my car and the lid stayed on and it did not leak or spill.
silliness aside, their teas are tasty. i love the creme brulee ones.

The employees really care about the customers and really do anything to make sure that you're satisfied. The decor is really clean and goes with the whole vibe. Overall, it's a nice place, with nice people, and great boba.

Delicious fruit tea with options for how sweet you want it. I love their Specialty Friut Tea with real slices of fruit and 50% sweetness. I can't wait to go again.
