Yay! Some yummy Gluten Free and Dairy Free options! I had bacon with egg on a gf bagel :) My husband had a roast beef breakfast sandwich on a croissant which he really liked. It was a good size and he saved halve for later!

Great food, cozy atmosphere- we ordered a chocolate croissant, small chilli, fowl play sandwich, cappuccino, and bottled beverage ❤ all reasonably priced, but most importantly delicious!!!! Staff were genuinely nice! Loved the live music -happy we discovered it walking around after church! Family approved ! We’ll be back very soon❤

Cozy environment, delicious sandwiches, and coffee. They regularly have LIVE Jazz music from local artist. Just a bit on the expensive side is all.

I've never felt fully compelled to go out of my way to write a review abt a place till I got a sandwich from this place. I've always had their bomb breakfast sandwiches (The Longhorn is my favourite) I got a baguette sandwich today and it was the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. If you go here please get one of their sandwiches they're gorgeous.

Vegan options. You can sit and work on your laptop relax.

Visiting Amherst from New Zealand. Best coffee I've tasted in the US. Great location and friendly service. Wide, varied menu. Only had chance to try the almond croissant - it was fabulous. Prices too are very reasonable. All up, a bloody good cafe.

Kind, inviting staff, a truly sublime sandwich menu, and something for every kind of sweet tooth (lots of vegan and gluten free stuff).

Went here on my first visit into town. Walked by it and decided to give a try....no regrets, they had some unique sandwich options and everything seems fresh! You can tell they put a good amount of effort into the menu especially the baked goods! The atmosphere is very nice and the tea was great!

I happened by on a Sunday early afternoon, and was so glad I did! They have an excellent sandwich selection and super tempting, delicious pastries. As a bonus, there was a fantastic group playing, kind of an old-time sound, guitar, stand up base, drum, horn, keyboard, excellent vocals. I'll be back!

They have Dean's Beans coffee here, which is hands down the best coffee out there. The espresso is knock you on your socks good. Their lattes are the best in town. Their bagels are also delicious. This is my favorite morning breakfast spot, and stop for coffee.

I visit The Black Sheep at least once a week for coffee or tea and a sandwich after work. Great atmosphere, and the food is always ready quickly. I do my best thinking here! I also love how environmentally friendly they are. It's where I bring my friends when they come to visit, too!

Great food. Great coffee. A friendly if not a bit crunchy staff. Prices are fair for a small business. They also put on live local music and sometimes community events. Great place. Their Longhorn breakfast sandwich is my favorite.

I love this place because I always end up buying desserts from here!!! The lemon square is a go to, especially because it's a little tart which I love. I also go for coffee (there's a brunch spot practically right next door but if you're looking for just a muffin or croissant and coffee to go, black sheep is your spot). Every time one of my friends has a birthday we invariably end up at Black Sheep for dessert cupcakes, tarts, and full sized cakes, which are customizable. It seats about 20, and is also a good study space. It features local tastes and ingredients from nearby farms as well as pumpkins in the fall! (One of which I bought!!) Great service and friendly people. Would recommend.
