I am giving the dealer 5 stars for one simple reason. After receiving a call at home (after purchase) that I had to re do my paperwork (I already had the truck) I was informed that I was over charged an acquisition fee. I was very skeptical and thought they were trying to change the deal. They assured me it would be a savings of $20 a month. They came to my house with new paperwork thus saving me $840 for the life of the loan. I was very impressed. Truck is great, got a great deal I would highly encourage Matt, Alex, Jeff and Ava all of who I worked with at some time

I picked up my car today at Grava and I had such a wonderful experience. I want to thank everyone at Grava especially the service department and Jake who took my car in right away to be evaluated and was so kind to me. My car was coming to a stop in the middle of the road randomly, and I have a baby in the car so it wasn’t safe to drive. When I called Kelly Jeep where my car is leased from, they said they wouldn’t be able to take my car in until mid March which was really upsetting. Grava assessed the car and fixed the issue right away and I’m so appreciative. Thank you again!

We came to this dealership after leaving the Nissan dealership where we didn't have a good experience.
We were greeted right away. The sales person was very friendly and very helpful. He listened to us. He actually cared about helping us. We told him what we were interested in and very quickly he gave us options and we test drove a Grand Cherokee and we fell in love with it.
