extremely friendly environment, staff was helpful and patient while i scoured the menu. the southwestern wrap i ordered was amazing, everything was fresh although the pickles i asked to be added were forgotten. definitely will come back, hoping for pickles

Great place for breakfast, price to quality is unbeatable. A note to all the people writing bad reviews: adjust your expectations. This is an unassuming local place owned and staffed by decent hardworking people, so please give them a break and show appreciation. The food is much better than at Starbucks or Dunks, so we should be grateful that these type of local joints are still here.

We went to Alexander's for lunch and it was amazing. My son got the steak , cheese & mushrooms , and I got the chicken parmesan sub . Chef Alexa did a great job on the food , I highly recommend going to see Chef Alexa for a great sub.

This place is awesome. The sandwiches are fantastic, and in this tiny store they somehow find a way to have every household ingredient you'd ever need in a pinch. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and cheap. Walls stacked with drinks of all varieties. Fantastic sandwiches, paninis, and salads. And ice cream.

This is my go to place I love the food the staff and most of all the huge selection of EVERYTHING. would highly recommend this place check it out if you are in Medford. The ice cream and slushes are also a plus .

Love this place. Key word is convenience. Need a quick breakfast before catching the bus work - egg sandwich and a banana - you can watch the news on a table. Football game is coming on and don't feel like making something - Alexander's has a full deli. Forgot something at the grocery store - they got the major items like cereal and even fruit. Low prices and open super early for commuters!

Just had a wonderful experience with Alexander’s Catering. There’s more than what is on the website menu, I was given much needed guidance for a group of 40, delivery was on time, the cost was very reasonable, and the food very good. It was a pleasure working with Maureen. I highly recommend Alexander’s catering.

Went today with my kids and husband to buy ice cream everything was amazing I got a shake that was very tasty I have passed by it for one whole year and decide to stop Iam glad I did the workers were very friendly

i love that they started serving vegan ramen cups! i hope one day they start selling the non-dairy ben & jerry's ice cream. it tastes great and is made with almond milk. they have most of the same flavors such as chunky monkey and fudge brownie.

Awesome place, especially for the breakfast bombs, Wednesday and Friday dinners, ice cream and slush! For a mom and pop shop there's even seating and movies being played as well as news.

Simple convinence store with stocked essentials, great breakfast and lunch meals, and ice cream. Deli is also served and cut with great selection.

Solid local option. Reasonably priced and very good sandwiches and simple grocery options. The BLT here is a staple for me.
