Great place! Stopped by in the morning with no appointment, but the technician was immediately able to diagnose the sound by ear. They had me take it out with them for a short test drive to make sure, which I appreciated - they made sure we were on the same page about what the problem was and that they actually observed it happening. They gave me a quote and then had the work completed the same day. Price was extremely reasonable and on the low side of the standard market rate. Everyone was friendly and helpful and they didn't try to upsell me on more work than was needed. Offered a ride back home and even a ride back to the shop when the repairs were done. One of the most positive car repair experiences I've had.

Small-town charm :) Attendants are friendly, pump your gas for you rain or shine, and have even been known to give your pooch a biscuit. In my experience, their prices have been comparable to other gas stations. But if they’re a bit higher, that’s fine with me too — an extra 30 cents for excellent service is worth it in my book!

I fully support Mr. Gladu's decision in not selling gas. This man is making a very difficult decision, and putting his morals before his wallet. So if you live in the region, support this business. Get an oil change, tire rotation, or whatever your vehicle might need from Ren's Mobil Service.

Jeff and Ren and the crew on site here always make you feel just enough of a welcome and just enough general social anxiety to keep you moving and on task. If you are looking for a used vehicle there is literally NO ONE in the area who will work harder to find what you're looking for. I've bought 3 cars from Jeff, the most recent just 2 months ago. Face it, you dont have the time or energy to go out searching for- and then to haggle over- the car you want. Let Jeff and Ren pour over local auctions and dealer-only sites so you dont have to bother with the nonsense.

The attendants KNOW what they are doing and do all their work professionally and with efficiency. I am so impressed by their commitment to the effective service of each customer~ especially noticeable in this college town when it pours on them or they heat up like crazy and still perform for every single person coming thru!! Celebrate them!! Thanks for all the help and "small town" relationships you have built here in Amherst...across the gas pumps! KUDOS!

Customer service is 10/10 they helped me right away. Auto shops tend to speak down to women but the staff at Ren’s is always kind and trustworthy
