Lawless Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I had the best experience of buying my car at Lawless. My salesman’s name was Noah. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I was fortunate that they had the vehicle that I wanted. I was not pushed into buying anything that I did not want as far as warranties or other options. My purchase was done in a very timely fashion. I visited other dealerships and was not treated as well. Other dealerships tried to push me towards other cars that I did not want. I will definitely return to Lawless When I need to purchase another vehicle. They actually made me feel like family.

Lawless is the opposite of Lawless—they’re lawful and fabulous! The customer service is beyond wonderful. The mechanics are great and call first to explain problems and cost and take their time to suggest if something expensive can wait to be addressed or they mention alternatives to buy some time before a big ticket item has to be fixed. They paid for my Uber home, text-ed me updates, detailed the entire car inside and out—I can’t say enough about them. I have 2 Jeeps with them and I’m moving out-of-state, but will remain a customer there because they are better than any dealership I’ve ever experienced and they’re worth coming back to Massachusetts. I would 100% refer Lawless Jeep to anyone-hands-down reliable.

Dealership was respectful and no pressure. Noah very knowledgeable about brand and features of my new Jeep and the car was fully good to go when promised. Jay explained all aspects of financing, servicing and warranty. Am extremely pleased with experience! Surprise after purchase was a nice touch! ( don’t want to spoil it )

I had a great experience dealing with lawless, especially Cody. He has been extremely helpful and attentive to all my car needs. The wait room has tons of snacks and phone chargers while you wait for your car to be serviced. I am so glad I bought a jeep and can get it serviced at Lawless! Will be going there for all my car needs for now on.

The service I received was exceptional. I called last minute on a Saturday afternoon and lawless was able to get me in due to a cancellation. They addressed all my issues and followed up with their recommendations. They were friendly and very helpful.

I made a last minute call to see if I could get my oil changed on Friday. Tony fit me in. He then discovered a knife blade in one of my tires so they needed to be replaced. Tony was also able to get that unexpected task done too and all by 1:30 when I needed my car. Such great service and accommodations!!!!

Service department did an awesome job with my cat and oil pan fixed and for free! Thank you so much I’m glad I waited since last April 2023 patiently to get done yesterday!

Excellent experience every time. Never try to push services on you. Took my car for a diagnostic and couldn’t find anything wrong- and gave it back to me without a charge. What a great company. And shout out to Christine in service- she is the best!

Always a good experience, great staff and the coffee is always flowing if you are waiting around. Most recently I had a service appointment and they were up front about the speed in getting things done because of a lack of technicians. They were open and honest about it and offered a Lyft to and from my house.

When you own a Jeep, you *know* you're going to have many interactions with your dealer's service department. Fortunately, at Lawless, the service advisors are top-notch. In particular, Christine does a fantastic job in getting me in and out of the shop as efficiently as possible, and she always does with a smile on her face!

I brought my truck in for a warranty repair. Dealership work diligently to obtain the necessary approval for repair. When I received vehicle back I was pleasantly surprised that in addition to addressing the issue my truck was brought into for service, they identified and repaired another covered item.

Christine is the reason I continue to have my jeep serviced at lawless. Christine provides the best service I could ask for and I trust her judgment on the services which I need. I own my own company and having an engaged employee like Christine is the only way a business can build a quality brand. It’s been great service since she arrived. Lawless was great, made an appointment to have a recall performed on my truck. when I dropped it off the service staff was knowledgeable on the working being done and communicated with me effectively about how long it would take. Will definitely return again for me service.

This is my families 4th time going to Lawless for a vehicle. This was my first ever purchase on my own and Kyle was extremely helpful with the whole process. I set up a test drive about a month ago to get an idea of the car I wanted. He was very patient and was totally understanding as to what I was looking for. He ended up picking out the car I got and I love it. It is rare you find a sales person as accommodating, understanding, and patient as he was. I am very grateful for the experience I had here and for Kyle as my sales person.

I could not be happier. It was a very long day (7 hours) for a variety of reasons. But through it all, Christopher Bavaro was the consummate professional … pleasant, kind, tolerant of my impatience, and attentive to my concerns! Finance dude, Ray, was great as well … very informative, thorough, and nonplussed by my repeated queries! The day ended with me feeling thrilled about my new ride, as well as confidant that I received the absoluted best deal! Oh, almost forget to mention the inspection sticker. It was applied by someone with pride in his work … straight, clean, and without excess glue. Big ups to him, please!!! Thank you!!!

The service was excellent. I took my car for regular service. They offered a ride home and picked me up after my car was ready. I was able to get work done and attend a meeting while my car was getting serviced. The process was quick and my car was ready at the door when I picked it up. The check out was quick too. Thank you!
