I've been to some 7-Eleven's that are great. There was one in Lantana, FL next to my apartment that was awesome. Currently I go to this store location a couple of times a week for a little over 2 years now. Not once has anyone ever said thank you, or have a good day, or please come again. Whenever I'm in this store, I feel like i'm inconveniencing them. I have no idea why the employees are so rude. I still gave 3 stars though because the place seems clean and well stocked.

Cashier person behind the counter did not know the price of a 12oz Sour Patch Kids Watermelon so she just typed in $7.99 as if that is close enough. She did try to find the price at the aisle though. I told her I do not want that item but she says credit card transaction went through and she does not know how to do a return.

I don’t recommend this place.

I just went in there last night. On 3rd shift. I was in there for about 2 minutes Before the female cashier starts walk around the store looking for me. And she will ask you if you are almost done. The customer shouldn't feel pressured by the employees. And While I was in there she was on her cell phone talking to another person. Even when hours at the cash register. I wish I knew who owned the store so I could give them a call. To complain. And the top it all off. The employee didn't even have her face mask on properly it was pulled down below her chin so she could talk on the phone.

What's the point of getting vaccinated if stores still won't let you in without a mask. I spend easily $200 a week in this store and some young kid with long curly hair was just mad rude to me even after I said I was vaccinated.

I wouldn’t even give this one star but they would not let you write a review and less you give a star rating. I called up to ask if they have the watermelon Red Bull I was put on hold and transferred to someone else who answered the phone rudely, after asking them if they had it they said no no no no no being as rude as they can when I was about to ask them if they could order it and they hung up on my face and refuse to answer the phone again. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen and you’re not allowed to speak with anyone because I won’t answer phones.
