Fine Arts Theatre

A classic spot. Since the first time I saw a movie here I have not been back to the big theatre chains. Not only can I support a local business, I can get that classic movie going experience with fresh popcorn and choose your own seating.

The sound is loud and clear and the screens are bright in all theaters. Typically the big budget releases are given the largest theater and screen. The other two screens are small, but they perfectly fine for watching a movie.

Great movie theater. Good prices, friendly staff, and they have beer/wine/cider. Much better than the large chains.

Old time movie theater look and feel with genuinely friendly staff and a selection of beers & wine. Nice sound system.

The seats were comfortable, and the view was good. I saw the latest Star Wars movie here. I had Coke Classic, the kind in the bottle and a yummy box of popcorn. It's ridiculously affordable.

The theater when underwent a complete restoration. If you like classic style, an affordable date night option, and something kitsch - this is your place. They show classic movies and current films.

The price is affordable, and I look forward to going back.

Great video and audio quality, comfortable seats (even for 6'5!!!), excellent popcorn and fair concession prices. Loved that you can purchase wine and beer as well. Parking is free and easy in a lot directly across the street, which has two spots for electric vehicle charging as well.

I grew up in Acton between the mid 1960's thru 1985 and the Maynard " Fine Arts" movie theater was my 1st introduction to Art/Foreign/Cult cinema and I will always be grateful! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!😘💜💜💜💜💜

Great retro theatre! Like how they were when I was a kid. With prices to match. Way better option than a mall theatre!

Great little local cinema showing 3 movies at a time. Convenient free parking across the street. Nicely updated with comfy seats and new ladies restroom. I love that the Senior citizens tickets are only $8. I prefer this theater over the big ones at the mall.

Fantastic local theater. It has three screens so choices are limited but the prices are great. It's old but clean and the sense of nostalgia is priceless. Also big tip - go pick up the gift baskets before you go. $25 couples date night $40 for the whole family and the package includes candy and snacks!

The theater was great. It was so nice to be out and watch a movie. The person working was awesome. He did it all worked the concession stand, played the movie we brought with us and was even nice enough to take pictures for our group. Highly recommend doing this for any age group!

We went to see "Christopher Robin" this afternoon with our granddaughters. The theater was small (one of three screens) but clean and comfortable. The sound system was clear. The staff are friendly and the prices reasonable. It was our first time at this theater; it won't be our last.

The new owners of the theatre did a really great job with renovations on this place, while still maintaining the “small-town,” family-friendly pricing for tickets and concessions that larger “branded” theatres have abandoned in favor of astronomically high prices. The general manager is friendly and approachable, so be sure to let him know how much you love what they have done with the place!

Love this theatre. Walk down to it with my grandkids every weekend. Prices are unbeatable and staff is very friendly. They have added handicap accommodations in recent years as well in additional handicap seating in the theatres and a handicap bathroom. Popcorn is best around!

Great local theater! fresh popcorn, current movies, amazingly low prices. Some of the seats are a little saggy, but bring a pillow. At least the seats aren't those sprawling La-z-boy monstrosities one finds at other theaters. One can sit up like an adult.

I love this theatre! It is way cooler going to see a movie at an authentic little gem such as itself, than some corporatized building in the middle of a parking lot. This is more intimate and the fact that they showed my favourite film, My Dinner with Andre that sealed the deal. Hurst go, you won't regret it.
