The service is warm, welcoming and the food is delicious, their Lobster cream or soup warmed my soul in a special way.
But their Turkey avocado hamburger will make a fest of fresh healthy flavors in your mouth.
I strongly recommend this special, unique restaurant/ Bistro at Amherst by the centric Boltwood St.

First impression was great! Super friendly and fast service. The food was incredible, You need to try the poutine. The chicken sandwich was juicy and tender. The tiramisu was fresh and moist. All the food was plated well. In all the whole experience was great and very affordable. Thank you again to our amazing waiter Enzo!

First time here. Sat at the bar since it's usually a great experience no matter where we go. The specialty drinks knocked our socks off, unicorn blood and foxglove. Then we ordered main courses which did not disappoint! Absolutely delish. I got blackened scallops, and my partner got the chevre burger. Very different and both very tasty. If you want a very unexpected foodie treat with a laid back atmosphere and reasonable prices, this is your place.

My wife and I brought our daughter back to UMass. Stopped in to Bistro 63 for dinner without knowing much about it. Great food with a nice bistro atmosphere served by a wonderful waitress / bartender named Tilly. Ordered the owners signature dish (Cod loin). Meal was delicious and pricing was very affordable. Highly recommend giving this place a try.

Risotto was spot on, and their Tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had— everything else looked great too.

I dined here as part of my school’s Take Your Professor Out program. However, I forgot to ask for an itemized receipt, which was a requirement for me to be reimbursed for the meal. After emailing the restaurant, I received a receipt within just a few hours; they sent it to me after they had already closed. If that isn’t great customer service, I don’t know what is.

Both lunch and dinner here have been enjoyable. The menu varies which is nice, as opposed to places where the food never changes. It’s clear the owners put a lot of work into managing the place well. Pleasant ambiance and music. Monkey Bar after hours looks exciting too!

This was a great experience. Our waitress was amazing even after spilling a tomato based drink down their back. The food was delicious. I am looking forward to going back soon!

I was greeted right away by a friendly server, I sat at the bar. Very comfortable atmosphere. The bartender was also very friendly and welcoming. She made me a yummy cocktail and I had a delicious salad with grilled chicken thighs added to it. Simple, fresh, and really hit the spot! I will definitely be back!

The vegan Squash Risotto is absolutely amazing! The pumpkin seeds on top add a nice crunch.

Lovely pub place with wonderful seafood, and amazing oysters! Happy hour serves 1 dollar local oyster fresh and delicious!

Great brunch. The Wild Cod with Curried Squash Risotto was excellent. Tasty Bloody Mary too.

I went here for a date randomly because I’m not from around the restaurants area. The food was FABULOUS! I had the Bistro Burger and White Poutine and would recommend those to anyone. The servers were great and very friendly but were very busy because it was a Saturday night, but we didn’t wait to long for anything. Highly recommend!

I can’t speak to the poutine or the truffle Mac. Gosh! Wish I could! We had a catered event. We had a wedding! The food was phenomenal. We all raced to take home leftovers. Wine choices were very nice and Sasha was an excellent event coordinator. The attention to detail was unmatched. We will never forget our fun day at Bistro 63!

We hosted a rehearsal dinner for our wedding here. Sasha was great, really easy to work with. Food and staff were excellent. Would recommend Bistro 63 to anyone looking for a smaller sized event space or just for dinner.

We had a fabulous meal. Enzo served us our drinks and dinner. He was engaging, funny, and just friendly enough without inserting himself into our meal - he is outstanding, the kind of person who shines in the role. Our food was hot and delicious, and I highly recommend the Handshake cocktail! We’re from out of town, but we’ll definitely be back.

11/10 Doordash experience. I had a weird dasher, called the restaurant and they set everything straight. They stapled my delivery bag and included a tamper resistant seal for peace of mind because my dasher was so uncomfortable for all parties involved. The food is delicious, and the service was incredible for a patron who wasn’t even at the restaurant. All of this even when it was reported that two huge parties came in without a reservation.
