When I come back to Boston, this spot will definitely be getting another visit. Their homemade pasta is to die for. I definitely tasted it but there definitely wasn't enough for my taste buds liking. And their drinks were made to perfection every single time. The server was amazing and very attentive to needs of everyone I saw him interact with, including myself.

Super delicious food! Authentic Italian food, portions are large and service is so good and fast! Kids had spaghetti with tomato sauce and they enjoyed every bite. The salad was so delicious and fresh with toasted nuts and olive oil. All food had the strong taste of Italian olive oil. I liked that I can order main course half potion!
They have many vegetarian and vegan options, and One of their chicken plates is Halal.

The drinks here were so delicious and well balanced! Highly recommend the Fragola Basilico or the Casale Old Fashioned. The place was completely full and on bartender was working service bar and the actual bar, did very well! The food was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful.

Perfecr place for a date. Came with my husband to celebrate our anniversary and we left very satisfied. First time we were here and we are sure we will come back. Those shrimp scampi were delicious, but so was everything else, including the service.

Really enjoyed our first visit here! Started with the meatballs which were excellent, and for my main had the tagliatelle bolognese, which was a classic bolognese done really well. Finished with the tiramisu, which I will order every visit here for sure! Also, they know how to make a great espresso martini. Can’t wait to come back.

Tasty food on the streets of Belmont. Great wine selection and the Shrimp Alfredo was delicious! Home made paste and just covered, not swimming, in sauce.

100% recommended. My wife and I have been going to Il Casale for our anniversary for 3 years now and I would argue that they have THE BEST FOOD EVER! When the chef decided to put olives and celery in the mashed potato served with the polpo he shoud have gotten a reward! Every single course was delicios!

Absolutely loved this place. Chicken Marsala was smooth and luscious with spinach and sun dried tomatoes...just perfect. Aranchini were little balls of truffled perfection. Great service; unobtrusive but there when you need it. Great restaurant

I've been coming here for years. It feels like there's been a recent change that's really elevated the restaurant. The menu is a little less predictable Italian (parm, marsala, meatballs, etc), and the execution is very good.

Big menu of starters if you like to taste a few things, pasta selection is excellent, and the best part, a nice variability on specials.

IL Casale is humming right now. Dinner at the bar is awesome. 5/5

This restaurant is a must try, again and again. The fried artichokes were served on a bed of Arugula, fantastic. Meatballs were seasoned perfectly, soft and perfectly sauced. Eggplant Parm....delicious, broccoli rabe was fabulous and spicy, Zucchini sauced pasta was velvety smooth and luscious and the Bolognese was lightly sauced and delicious too. There is something for everyone here. Can't wait to go back. Parking available on the street, or a side street....which is perfect so you can see the lovely street and other businesses. Well worth the road trip to get here!

First visit here with friends. Sat at a table outside . View and setting fantastic. Had the seafood spaghetti. They know exactly how pasta is supposed to be made. A bad cooked pasta, soggy or to hard can ruin a meal. It was perfect. Couldn't get enough of it. Great variety of beers and wines to go with the meal.

Food, drinks, service, ambiance; all good. Decent portion of consistent food for $$$ price. Specials are additionally pricey, as I had a $38 sea bass and hubby had expensive steak (he didn’t think it was worth the price for 5 bites of steak and a small salad). Cocktails are all incredible and fresh. Bartenders will make you something special too. Tons of fast service. Overall good dining experience.

The food was authentic Italian cuisine. Everything dish was fresh and flavorful. The service was impeccable. Our server (Angelo) was amazing. His knowledge of the menu was great but his recall and delivery of the various specials was as impressive as it was entertaining. (His accent...perfecto!) He new the perfect wine to suggest with only receiving a few hints from our party as to what wines they normally prefer. They cater to each individual to to provide the best and safest dining experience. Someone in our party has several food based allergies and they were able to accommodate her requests discreetly and deliciously. Although this was my first time eating here, we came on the recommendation or two others in our party who had dined her before. Absolutely a perfect night. Highly recommended!! No time for photos as I was enjoying myself too much.

A firehall converted into a classy, comfortable, and fun Italian restaurant. Fortunately, the greatness of this place does not stop with the atmosphere. A well thought out menu capitalizing on seasonal produce, and fresh pasta that has me wanting more. The service is attentive, entertaining, and knowledgeable. Do not be surprised if the GM, and/or owner stops by the table to chat. This is a great date night restaurant. I cannot wait to go back!

Great service. The 4 course is great, we had 3 different appetizers, pasta, main course (two different dishes) and desert. The portion is too big for us, so we had to box the majority of our main course. Our waitress sang birthday song for my wife. Really appreciate that. Just make a reservation and let them know it's for birthday and they will prepare for you.

Ate here at il Casale tonight with the GalPal. We were fortunate enough to get there at 5:00pm eating the ' Suppa time Saturday ' crowd and get a table without a reservation. Was well worth it. Had the brussel sprouts to start. She got the eggplant parm, and I got the chicken parm cutlet. Food was very good for both of us. And wait staff was good !! A+

This was our first visit. Our service was prompt and friendly despite how busy the restaurant was on a Friday night. They have a signature Manhattan cocktail that was great. Our party of 4 ordered the salmon, 2 pasta dishes and I chose the ribeye. All were delicious and cooked perfectly. We will definitely return.
