Joe Pizza

Wanted to get my hubby a heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day and called joes and although they don’t offer it on the menu, they did it for me and we’re so nice about it! Pizza was delish too!

Both times pizza was excellent. Summer months seating outdoors, only a couple tables for seating indoors if that matters to you. Looking forward to trying something other than pizza there soon.

I have been going here for 20+ years. Their basic marinara sauce is spectacular all by itself. The pizza/calzone offerings are unique, flavorful and never fail to be wonderfully delicious. Their pricing is higher than your typical pizza joint; however, it is worth the premium given the fresh and made in house ingredients. Behind the counter the cooks and wait-staff work together like a well oiled machine. Did I mention that they make and freshly bake their own fabulous pita bread?

Really good specialty pizza. Also, I appreciate their garden salad. Most places just give you some wilted lettuce and one tomato but Joe's salad is almost a meal in itself. I know salad is not the main reason to go to a pizza place but it shows their attention to detail.

Great Italian pizzeria with terrific Italian sandwiches and pasta dishes. Family owned by very nice folks who care.

I’m from CA and visit my son at least once a year. He lives down the street from Joe’s. I go here every time I am in MA. I recommend trying if you’re in the area.

Omgoodness if you want a quick slice or something more extravagant, this is the place. Slices are huge and sooo good!! Check it out. Definitely will go back and do recommend! Prices are worth the amount of food you get!

I love this pizza! You can't find any better for miles and miles around. I was about to order a few slices for pickup, but had to take a moment to write this review: I keep coming back over and over because it's so delicious. Ordering a slice, when it gets reheated in their ovens, comes out perfectly with a slight crunch to the thin crust through a perfect ratio of sauce and cheese. I'm a little obsessed, even though I'm lactose intolerant, it's worth every bite! Go Joe!

Best pizza around. It is actually somewhat comparable to New York quality sauce and dough texture. Calzones and subs are excellent too.

Very friendly staff, and a nice small place. With one person having a lactose allergy, they let us bring our own cheese and prepared a phenomenal pizza. Only two tables inside, but it looks like there's some outdoor seating for the Summer. I will definitely be coming back.

Pizza is delicious, some of the best dough/crust in the area. Love the steak tips, perfectly cooked, well marinated, and so tender. Salads are fresh, and the balsamic dressing is amazing!

The food is great. All the pizzas and salads taste very fresh. The employees are very nice. Food is reasonably priced.

Friendly staff and great owner. I personally just stick to the great pizzas they serve since the other side items are okish at best (the buffalo chickens were very meh). Their pizza have nice thick crusts and the toppings are always fresh. This place is one of my favorites when it comes to ordering pizza with lots of veggies.

Worth the price. Some items, like the pizza and calzones are pretty expensive for the area, but that’s because they make quality food. Got wings today. Best buffalo wings I’ve had in Medford so far. The sauce tastes fresh and like it’s made in house. The chicken is juicy and not dried out. The medium heat is plenty spicy, as someone who likes spicy. The regular French fries are crinkle-cut and probably bought frozen and taste baked, I never get fries here. Saw that they had potato wedges with sauce, on the menu. They should just use those wedges for regular fries, or invest in a deep frier.
