Stop & Shop

They have good customer service here. The shelves lacking stocks can't be helped given the current economic conditions we're in right now. I will say though. I will say that they are willing to help you find items even if they're in the middle of stocking and are friendly about it and the cashiers are respectful and cordial. This place is loads better than the stop and stop on Massachusetts Ave where it feels the employees are being potentially abused on the back end by management or customers that patron there.

Fantastic service. Everyone in there deserves a raise

Everything is great except for one person that works there. She's constantly looking at everything you buy as if you're trying to steal. I'm not the only person who's complained against her. Other people feel uncomfortable around her. She also is looking at your bags as if you put something in it without paying for it. Stop & Shop in Arlington, Mass.

This stop&shop is the nearest store from our home. We shop there 2 times a week and are generally satisfied. You can get a discount card. There is not only food but also medicines and laundry products. Near a shop with alcoholic products. Coinstar kiosk is located inside. One day my son was given a balloon because he was crying. It's so nice 🥰

I've been shopping there since they opened and can I say how unpleasant the front end workers can be until this morning I went into a gentleman's line by the name of Billy and wow!! He was the most helpful cashier I've ever encountered in years.. So upbeat and knowledgeable on items I purchased! Find more ppl like him to keep customer's happy!!

Typical Stop & Shop supermarket. Nothing negative. The place was clean. Not that big of a selection but the workers were very helpful finding anything that I didn't need. But if you're looking for a major food shopping trip then this probably isn't the right place for you. It's never too busy so it's always a good thing when you want to run in and out

I was in there last night and was greeted by a cashier named Billy with the biggest smile and boy was I having a bad day and he must’ve been able to tell.. His sense of humor and kind words really made my night! Very nice welcoming last impression for the store will make anyone come back!

I ran out of ideas for lunch and when that happens, I just need something not fast food. I went to the deli, lobster bisque. Paired with some sourdough pretzels and black cherry seltzer, Polar no less. For less than $9 a delicious lunch and I have pretzels for the week!

I’m a kid and shop here all the time. I feel like for someone my age everything could be found at this Stop and Shop despite the size. The prices are fairly cheap and don’t differ that much from other supermarkets. The staff are very nice and helpful and they always make sure you are finding everything ok

Most everything is great quality but can be pricey sometimes. Bakery is awesome -- better than many area bakeries after Patsy's closed. Excellent canolies. Cakes and frosting are fresh.

Though it is one the smaller Stop & Shops in the area, they have a good selection of products. Their produce selection is great, and produce is always in good shape. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Surprisingly nice for a stop and shop. Not the largest selection but that's expected for the area, smaller because it's in the city. Busy but not as busy as other grocery stores around

Super convenient spot, awesome prices and great quality of the product. Friendly staff, but it was small compared to what I'm used to as grocery shop, it felt more like a mom/pop vs chain.

I am 100% completely satisfied because they had everything I needed here and I didn't have to go anywhere else plus the lines and staff were amazing

Its a very nice store but its just in a bad neighborhood so that's where the negative complaints come from. The store and employees are nice.

Bought some goldfish. Not the kind that swim but the kind you eat.

I suppose you could eat the swimming goldfish, but that's not the kind I got here.

They where help full but need more cashier help because when I went there where not to much cashier there to help you with the paying of the food I all most walk out with out payment because it was so crazy in there.

My first visit to this stop & shop all the workers were amazing & i found everything. Needed in the Somerville store. Thanks for sharing.

First visit as we are stopping nearby, it certainly won't be our last

Very nice suburban grocery store. A bit overpriced but a good selection and nice produce.
