I ordered three arrangements for a family member who was inpatient at McLean Hospital for over two months, and Isabella Bergstrom took care of all three orders, which were beautiful.
The first arrangement was Pop of Lavender which was gorgeous.
The second arrangement that I sent was for Christmas and it was lovely and lasted for a full two weeks, and my family member received many compliments from visitors and the staff at McLean.
The third arrangement was a designer’s choice and this was very cheery and stunning.
There are rules for patients at McLean and Isabella brought either a basket or a non-glass vase, that was acceptable for a patient at McLean.
Isabella asked for the building location so that the arrangements would be delivered same day since McLean has such a large campus.

Excellent customer service and beautiful flower arrangements.
I was absolutely surprised by the level of thoughtful customer service and high touch personal attention. I used the online ordering function to order some flowers to be delivered to my wife at her office in Belmont. The day they were meant to be delivered, they did not arrive. I was understandably disappointed. However, it should be noted that my wife’s office is notoriously hard to find, and taxis often get lost.

So, the next day I called the flower shop. The shop owner, Isabella, answered and I explained the situation to her. She was very understanding, and promised to get to the bottom of what had gone wrong. After a half hour she called back and acknowledge that it was a mistake on their end. She was extremely apologetic and eager to make good for an honest mistake. As a result, she offered to personally make an arrangement worth twice what I’d originally paid and deliver it that day.

The arrangement exceeded my expectations, my wife was thrilled. The owner made the delivery herself and threw in a box of chocolate.
Moreover she sent me texts so that I’d know exactly when she'd made the delivery. The customer service was well beyond what I was expecting and Belmont Flower Shop has definitely earned themselves a repeat customer with me.

An absolute gem in Belmont. New owner in the Belmont Flower Shop space -- Isabella is AMAZING. A gifted eye for floral design and her flowers last a very long time-- often a full week or more. Fresh and beautiful. I wandered into the shop one day when she first opened. Isabella was so nice and I loved her work so much, I now receive an arrangement every week... a Flower Share. And she delivers. This is the best thing I've done for myself in years. Very reasonable, too. Lucky to have this great shop in Belmont.

I couldn’t be happier with my Valentine’s Day experience! On short notice Isabella was able to create a unique bouquet, and get it delivered to me in time. I wanted to do something a little different than the standard red roses, and my expectations were blown away. I got a beautifully put together bouquet with a thoughtful combination of different flowers. My gf absolutely loves them!

I went to Belmont Flower with heartache. I needed to order flowers for my mother's wake/funeral. Isabella listened to my requests and I left with a hug and feeling reassured.
