Porter Square Hotel

Was surprised by this hotel! Really thoughtful design aspects throughout. Comfortable. Close to great restaurants (Sugar & Spice right across the street), although we didn't get a chance to eat at the hotel restaurant which looked like it was a great option, too. Hotel staff super kind and accommodating. Not a negative thing to say about this hotel. Will stay there again.

Comfortable rooms and excellent location! Close to restaurants and stores. The train is also only about a 2-3 minute walk. There is a commuter train that will take you directly to North Station and is only about a 10 minute ride opposed to the metro which takes about 30 minutes.

Great experience. Rooms and hotel are extremely clean and the service is wonderful. Icing on the cake...valet parking service. Highly recommended!

Room was very small with two single beds. Fridge was available upon request without further charge, laptop safe to lock it up. Only little space for your clothings
Location pretty good with a few grocery stores and other options like Dunkin Donuts and Panera Bread as well as Porter Station for easy commute with the red line to Boston downtown (about 25min to Boston Common)

Beautiful, clean, accommodating boutique style hotel. Spent several days there in 3 separate rooms with my family. We all enjoyed our stay and loved our rooms. We slept so well on their comfortable beds and the Keurig machines were so convenient. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location near the redline subway and only one stop away from Harvard Square. I highly recommend The Porter Square Hotel!

Had a 3 day trip in Boston and this Hotel was overall great! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a bit small, but relatively clean (a bit dusty). The only issue I had was there was no filtered water fountain in the hotel. Being able to valet my car was an absolute gamechanger for me.

Location was close to a lot of stores and bars, and the train station was right across the street making it easy to get into South Station (around 30 minutes if the trains are properly running). Would definitely stay here again!

Nice location, 25 minutes walk from Harvard Yard. The room is very clean. Reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay very much.

This is the perfect boutique hotel for a Luxury stay-cation. The location is right in the heart of Porter Square, lots of great local live music. My room had a jacuzzi bath tub & a beautiful view.
The French Bistro Colette is in the hotel & has an Amazing Sunday Brunch. The atmosphere was elegant & charming. The service is 5 star!

We really liked this hotel, it was close to the subway station and for the price the quality was exceptional. Very clean, friendly staff. There are plenty of good places to eat nearby as well.

This is a charming boutique hotel in the heart of Porter Square Cambridge. I loved my stay-cation. My room had a jacuzzi bathtub & the Colette French Bistro has offers an elegant & decadent Sunday Brunch, perfect for friends or couples. The service was 5 Star!

Great boutique hotel in Cambridge MA, conveniently located in a safe and vibrant neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants and cafes. You're very close to the T station, which will get you to Harvard Square in 5 mins or Downtown Boston in 20 mins. The hotel is new, clean and has a great French restaurant (Collette) on the ground floor. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Alex took the time to offer a few additional restaurant suggestions in the area, which was great. Would definitely recommend.

Room is beautiful and cozy. Everything is conveniently located nearby for whatever you need and I do mean whatever. Mass transit is located within one block of the hotel so travel within the city is easy.

Queen suite had room for 3 with a rollaway bed they luckily had in stock. Views were wonderful of the turning umbrellas over Porter Square and all the way to downtown. It was clean and quiet. Very close to Porter Square T station. Parking was available underneath.

I came to this hotel due to a discount offered through a conference I was attending. I was luck enough to get the top floor, corner room with a great view of the square and the skyline. My room was reasonably spacious although the other rooms typically are smaller. The bathroom was very nice, the beds were comfortable and they allowed me to store my luggage with them before my check in time. The location across from the red line is perfect for going downtown or 2 stops to Harvard Square. Food options are also plentiful in the area. I would stay here again as long as I get that corner room

A modern, twenty-first century hotel. Rooms are a little small but very deluxe. Everything was great and the service was excellent. The only thing missing was continental breakfast, which would be easy to have downstairs with coffee.

I am on night 3 of 4. Queen suite is large and comfortable. I have heard no noise from other rooms at all. Front desk is friendly and responsive. I’ll book this hotel again.

This hotel is a gem... designed with simplistic beauty, functionality and guest service. Upon arrival your eye is drawn to the out door chandeliers at the valet entrance, and the striking vein in the marble at the front desk. In the rooms I love the overabundance of USB ports for charging and the sleek electric outlets. The coat rack in the room is such a perfect touch. The spa-like showers are wonderful. The staff is hip, helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. Best deal in town. You can get a double twin bed room very reasonably. The awesome queen 2 room suites are a bargain compared to comparable accommodations in the area... I booked 2 nights and stayed 4. Great hotel!

Lovely little room with two twin beds and great service at check-in. Several good restaurants are walking distance.
