I have been a long time patient of Dr. Masterpol and must say that she is very thorough, caring, and helps you to understand your treatment/diagnosis. I recently saw Dr. Tzur and she is just a thorough and wants to get at the root of the problem. Their customer service is great and I highly recommend.

Dr. Masterpol is the BEST, I have been seeing her for years and would highly recommend her and her lovely office! Both my mother and my fiancé see her as well.

Dr. Masterpol and her team were kind, courteous and professional from the moment of check-in ‘til the scheduling of numerous appointments.
They made a very sensitive and delicate treatment, seem like just an ordinary office visit. It was very comforting seeing the many smiles.
As a very apprehensive middle aged man, it was encouraging to see that Dr. Masterpol knew, from that 1st appointment, that she could not only treat my condition, but was sure she could eliminate
the condition and it’s symptoms.
She was right!, and I couldn’t be more grateful to her, and her entire staff @ DP of NE.
I will continue to have my yearly check-ups @ this fine office.
I would highly recommend them to anyone ( in fact I have a few times now) who is looking for a great dermatologist!

I had a great experience with this office! My PCP was able to get me an appointment SO quickly. When I went in, the office was beautiful and efficient, and everyone was very friendly. Dr. Kandula diagnosed me and completed a small procedure so quickly, and she was super kind and knowledgeable. From check in to check out, I was out the door in 15 minutes. I will definitely go back if I need a dermatologist in the future. Thank you!

Me and my family have been going to this dermatology practice for years and they are outstanding. They listen carefully and always offer the best skin solutions for any issue and work with you on a plan for individual skin care needs. In addition, teen acne issues and child eczema issues resolved with their guidance and treatments plans.

One time I had to have a cancerous growth removed and I trusted (and trust) her to ensure I was getting the best care. I was referred to Dr. Masterpol by a friend who had some skin cancer issues. Seeing her great results and wonderful reviews I decided to make an appointment of my own. Dr. Masterpol is my favorite doctor of all time! I’m 44 years old and have seen my fair share. She has a genuine concern, always with a listening ear and clear and precise with answers to all my questions. She takes her time and I never feel rushed. Also, punctual with her appointments, which I find rare these days. She is also quick to respond by phone with any concerns. It’s nice when the actual doctor calls you and not the assistant. She’s not only helped with many of my skin concerns over the years, but hair loss issues. I could not thank her enough for her recommendations and making me feel comfortable with sensitive subjects. 5 plus stars!

I have been a patient of Dr. Masterpol for seven years, having had a malignant melanoma. I see her twice a year for complete skin checks. She is absolutely kind, caring, and well prepared! I trust her completely.
She also listens to my concerns taking the needed time with me! I highly recommend her!

I recently visited Dr. Kasia Masterpol at her office in Beverly, and would give her and her team my highest recommendation. Dr. Masterpol is very through, which us critical for a skin screening, and takes the time to listen. Her staff is also fantastic. They called to both confirm my appointment and update my new insurance, so when I arrived for my appointment there was no wait and I was able to get right in for my exam. The entire office is very polite and professional, which made for an A+ experience!

We met with Dr. Tzur for my 10yr old who developed a skin issue that we couldn’t figure out with our pediatrician. My daughter was in a lot of discomfort and Dr. Tzur immediately jumped into action. She had a fantastic way about her that calmed my daughters angst and quickly had a plan of action. Not only was she knowledgeable, empathetic and kind she went above and beyond to call on her day off to check on her. We feel like we hit the jackpot finding Dr. Tzur and are very grateful for that. We know we are in the MOST capable of hands!!!

I hadn't been to this office since before the pandemic and I was a bit nervous to go to my (much-needed) in-person appointment. I felt completely at ease as soon as I arrived and the front desk staff was their usual friendly, accommodating self. They went over the protocols upon my arrival and I immediately felt safe in the office. The staff and my Dr. are just always so friendly and I'm so appreciative because I've been quarantining since March so it was actually nice to get out and interact with people and feel completely safe. Thank you DP team! :)
