Harvard Square Hotel

Met the General Manager and he was very helpful. Location is prime, but I wish I had a coffee machine or kettle or in the room. I didn't want to keep going down stairs for coffee/ tea. Beds were comfortable.

Cozy Hotel, Excellent customer service. Mr. Richard and the team makes anything they can do make your stay unforgettable. they gave us umbrellas on a rainy day, that was a plus. the room was clean. and the location is fabulous.

Every staff member I have talked to is very helpful and friendly. Thank you to the front desk manager in the morning who kindly allowed me to use the luggage cart to move my daughter’s luggage to the Harvard Yard. The late check in the night before was very smooth and fast so that we could enter our room and start rest immediately after a long and late flight. Overall very nice experience. The room is very clean and the beds are clean and comfortable. House keeping does a wonderful job also. The guests can always have drinking water hot, room temperature, or cold, in addition to coffees and teas. It’s not a luxurious level but you can enjoy a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Last but not the least, it’s just one block from the Harvard Yard.

The staff here was great. I asked a quick question on our way out. As I was making my way to the car, the guy from the front desk ran over with some additional information.
The shower had awesome water pressure combined with a good shower head. The pillows were super uncomfortable, but that is really the only bad thing I can say about the place. It was a great experience all around.

Staying here in the middle of the winter was the wisest decision I managed to make in regards to my Harvard 2-day workshop seminar.
Amazing bed, view, location, staff, room, cleaning service. Wow.
Luckily I reserved with enough time and got 2 nights for $159.00. Considering that I paid $145 / night at the Irving House the past Fall and I could hardly stretch my arms in the room with a shared bathroom and had to walk about a mile from Harvard, this was a heck of a deal.

I love this place because of strategic location.
Nice at reception but all is self service. You carry your own bags ! Hiring one person to help might be a good idea. Otherwise simple and clean.

Just completed another wonderful stay at The Harvard Square Hotel. David Haigh, the Front Office Manager, and his staff are the best - very personable and accommodating. We have booked with them for most of our stays the past four years and their location and price were the best value we found.

This place is fantastic. Free water bottles always available. Coffee in the morning. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Have stayed there twice and will again.

Location location location, as they say. There's free coffee in the lobby for guests along with hot chocolate. This hotel is located right out front a bus station, and a block from the Harvard T station.

Great customer service. They were willing to help me out with my schedule and allow me to check in early and check out late!

It was very peaceful and easy to reach nearby places. It is close to main road, so it makes it easy to stay.

Rooms are small and very nice

The staff was friendly and helpful, answering my questions about parking, even though I was not a guest.

They have great parking and is overall pretty good. Doors are hard to open though
