It's definitely worth the price and stay. Excellent customer service. There was a problem with AC in the first room. After trying to fix it, they graciously changed my room. I was so thrilled I was moved to the 12th floor.

I can not begin to express how outstanding, amazing, tasty, and an excellent variety of food they had for the morning breakfast. It's like having brunch every morning. The host/ hostess was so kind, helpful, and lovely.
The coffee was smooth. Lived the variety of juice. Loved that they allow guest to get to breakfast. It ended at 1030am.

This was my first time staying here. Next time I'm going to book through the hotel. Instead of 3rd party. I'd have loved to get points for my six nights. Definitely will be looking for th Marriott Bonvoy going forward when I travel. I need to look up a list of hotels.

The young lady, Getta,, at the front desk sealed my hotel experience. WOW, she needs a promotion. She always checked in to make sure everything was great. PLUS, it was so awesome to come back to a clean room. Most hotels have rules on cleaning. The cleaning staff were off the chain, GREAT, KIND, AND EXCELLANT CLEANERS.

Don't forget to try Four Points Sheraton Boston Newton, restaurant in the hotel. Yes, amazing food.

If I could give a 10, I'd. My son passed, and I'm trying to stay positive and live. So, I decided to stay at first class motel to give myself self-care. Truthfully, the room and sleeping in that wonderful bed allowed me to sleep very deeply.

The hotel appears quite unique as it straddles across an active railway. This would make it a perfect venue to watch trains zooming through. Sounds irresponsible for a model train enthusiast. The service at the hotel was also commendable. Not regretting my choice for the stay at all.

I just had a wonderful time at Four Points during my conference trip! Checking in was a breeze – I arrived at 7 am, but they had my room ready and waiting, no waiting around for hours. Kudos to the staff for being so accommodating! A special shout-out to Jasmine at the front desk – she was incredibly helpful and kind. Breakfast was a delight! The staff in charge made sure everyone had everything they needed to start the day off right. The food was delicious.

My room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. Coming back to a tidy room after a long day at the conference was a real treat.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. Even though my conference was at a different venue, getting around was a breeze with nearby bus stops. It was convenient to have restaurants and grocery stores within easy reach.

The only minor drawback I encountered was the lack of coffee and hot water in the lobby after 11 am. It would have been nice to have that option available during the day.

Overall, I highly recommend Four Points to anyone visiting the area. The service was top-notch, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I look forward to staying here again on future trips!

Awesome location, very convenient if you have anything you need to do in Boston (like drop and pick up kids from college). My wife and I have stayed here a half dozen times and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We had one issue with a room recently, but the manager, Jennifer, stepped up and made it right and really earned our continued business. THANKS!

Maurice checked us in, friendly and caring. Stayed overnight to go to Dana Farber next day. Rooms get noisy with The Pike below but they have white noise machines, heat a bit noisy but room quality and staff top notch, king bed and pillows very comfy.

Amazing 🤩 experience

It was a clean hotel, everyone was pleasant. The freeway noise can be annoying but the hotel offers white noise. However, I did notice the hotel did not have cameras in the hallways which surprises me for safety reasons. Would I stay here again? Yes, price was right and not far from downtown.

This is a worthwhile long read. So here we go: First off, everything from the first greeting was great. The front desk gentleman who helped me was very nice and helpful- wish i could remember his name..(especially the next day when we checked out and thus ran into some trouble- all of which was not hotel related, but they were so compassionate and wonderful). The room was great, we had a great stay.

Onto the trouble. The next day 7/3, we were set to head downtown and go do our activities we had planned, however my car had other plans and would not start. Their engineering dept gentleman not only went out to jump my vehicle, but they even stayed for a good 30-40 mins trying to help me get it started. They were so nice while I was totally feeling so devastated about my car. I couldn't start my car, so I had to leave it in the garage and they were completely understanding of everything. I had my 3 year old andt mother with me, so we were stranded waiting in the hotel lobby for my husband to come and rescue us (from 4 hrs away). I would and will stay here again. I completely recommend this place to everyone. Well worth every penny.

A special appreciation to Sara… for her lovely attitude, professionalism and caring nature towards the guest. My day starts @ breakfast table with her smile and yummy omelettes.

All of my 8 day was possible because of Sara and her service during the breakfast. She made me feel at home and took care of like a mother does..

Absolutely delighted with our stay. Yes the hotel strattles the highway- it's actually very entertaining to watch- plus they provide you with some in room background noise and an adjustable dial which we greatly appreciated to drown out the SUBTLE traffic notices. The pool was small but clean and although a little on the cool side-was still fine for a cold February day. The restaurant and bar were both OUTSTANDING and the breakfast buffet was very nice as well.
I hand some reservations while booking our stay because Sheraton has historically been more geared towards business travelers, and I was traveling with two toddlers (ages 4 and 2) but I am pleased to say that this hotel will now be our go to when traveling in Boston. Our family was well taken care of.

I was impressed from the beginning of my stay. A parking garage is next to the hotel. Check in was easy. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A very large flat screen TV was on the wall with a great picture. I had a nice dinner in a restaurant called Social that had an entrance from inside the hotel. The restaurant is independent of the hotel. Interesting view having your room directly over the Massachusetts Turnpike.

I probably would not have written this review if it weren't for the events that unfolded.
We booked this hotel as we were looking for an affordable place away from the downtown core. We got a really good deal (basically half the regular price). But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for so we went in not expecting anything more.
The front desk employees were friendly. We were booked into room 312 (so the third floor). Upon arriving on the floor, we realized the pool was on the same floor so the air smelled like chlorine and included more guest traffic. But since we paid so little, we were fine with it and decided to see it as easy access to the pool. The room was small with a king bed (we were 2 adults and 1 toddler). We settled into our room and took advantage of the pool. It was small but served it's purpose. We went to bed that night and at around 11:45pm, I started hearing noises. Initially I thought it was just the air conditioner but then I kept hearing the noise and it was picking up speed. So I got up and looked around to realize the ceiling in our room was leaking water!! And of all places, the leak was right on top of our open suitcase with our clothes still in it. I quickly started moving our belongings and woke my husband up. He called the front desk and explained the situation. We could see the leak spreading and more water coming down. The lady working the night shift at the front desk offered to switch our room, which we accepted immediately. We started packing up all belongings and once done, we called back and got confirmation that they had a room ready for us on the 10th floor and we could pick up the keys. My husband moved all our belongings in three trips while I watched our sleeping toddler. Finally, by 12:30am, we were fully moved into our new room. It was definitely an upgrade. The room was bigger, had two queen beds and felt more spacious. The receptionist also gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers for the remaining of our stay. When we spoke yo the manager the next morning and explained that some of our clothes got ruined, he immediately asked us to put them all in a bag by our door and when we arrived back to the hotel at the end of the day, our clothes were dry cleaned and to top it off, the hotel gifted us a book collection for our son and a complimentary charcuterie. Honestly, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even covered our parking costs for the entire stay.

This hotel was a great place to stay. Conveniently located off a highway and fairly central. It was always very clean and the staff there were upstanding and helpful. We had a noisy room because the heater made a loud sound and the staff immediately transferred us to another room, even though it was late at night. I was on crutches the whole time but the hotel was very accommodating, offered a wheelchair and had lots of places to sit in the lobby. We also wanted to watch the World Cup which they put on the lobby tv.

Nice clean Hotel, front desk staff is easy going,they can be more courteous but overall good experience. Try to get your room at 6th or higher floor so you have very less or no traffic noise coming to your room. This was my second stay at this hotel in three years, and noise has been reduced since my past visit. If you take the buffet breakfast option, you need to be on time otherwise they will serve you whatever is left and won't bring more food from the kitchen. This restaurant just kills the other experience of the hotel. They need to work on the people to be more helpful and nice to the guests.

Good 👍 all good! Free coffee re-fillable water fitness for 24hrs with great nice staff! Room has smart TV so watching whatever you want. Spacious room clean bathroom yet old style switch but all good!

The hotel is literally located over the highway! Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Staff is very courteous.
Suggestions: (1) Slippers on the room can be provided irrespective of season. (2) Timings for Hot drinks like Tea/Coffee can be extended in the morning and evening.

Was in town for funeral. Stayed the night it was a great view over looking the freeway. Room very clean, up to date, and TV was personalized welcoming me.. there was a small fridge in the room along with coffee. Tea, and bottled waters. Complimentary breakfast and there is a restaurant and bar there. Got the wings for dinner the were good! Got the breakfast and was delighted to have it . They had hot and cold cereal, juice machine, waffle maker, turkey sausage, pork bacon, eggs, bread, bagels, croissants, rolls, fruit and Julian hasbrowns. It was a nice spread!
