Wonderful ambience , Delicious Italian food and friendly staff . Their dessert is to die for and they have many varieties of drinks also. Our go to place for Italian good is north end in Boston but this place is definitely giving a high competition to all the Italian restaurant in Boston . Top notch food , clean ambience , feeling of fine dine environment. I highly highly recommend this place to all the Italian food lovers . Can’t wait to come back again and enjoy meal with my fav boys !!

Great selection of Italian dishes and seafood. The prices are very reasonable. My wife and I celebrated her birthday there. It was very nice. I like that they have 'Dinning Etiquette' no cell phones! I highly recommend this restaurant.

A big “Thank you” to the owner and staff at Rufina’s for making our special occasion so pleasant. We had a small wedding celebration with family 15 of us. Rufina’s gave us a private room and they were so kind to let me come an hour early before they opened to decorate. They had the table already done up for us, and the room was arranged perfect with pretty white linen table clothes and a few small tables to put gifts, and decorations. The waitresses were superb! So friendly and attentive. I was a little nervous because it was only my 2nd time there, (1st time was delicious as well) and my family is 100% Italian - so it’s all about the food lol
Everyone loved the food. Their eggplant parmigiana is out of this world, the veal saltimbocca is one of the best I’ve had. The chicken parmigiana is delicious, and they give generous portions of quality food. The bread and dipping oil alone- Omg SO good! The drinks were delicious. Prices are reasonable
I’ve been to many other Italian restaurants in the area and this place blows them away.

I’ve been driving past Rufina’s for months, always intrigued by the full parking lot so early on Friday evenings. I finally got the chance to stop in yesterday and was certainly delighted! The hostess seated my 3 girls and I quickly, while reassuring that the white table cloths didn’t mean that kids were not welcome. The menu is extensive: all of our family’s favorite dishes plus a whole lot more. The girls were so happy with the dessert list. We landed on angel hair pasta with marinara and meatball, ziti broccoli with chicken, and piccata with shrimp and mushrooms. For dessert in house made cheesecake with strawberries! The service was great too- we had drinks right away and the server got dinner orders in promptly (super important with kiddos). The food wasn’t brought super quickly but a trip to the bathroom and a couple minutes buffer with cell phone videos did the trick. Along the way, we asked for extra silverware which were brought right away and we had a major drink spill, which they helped contain and remediate quickly (complete with a new wheats table cloth). The prices were comfortable and the quality was great. The only thing that was a bit strange for our young crew was the noise level- it was super quiet when we first arrived around 5:45/6. I had to keep reminding the girls of the quiet voices that were needed.

We had visited for take out a few weeks ago. Tonight we went for the first time to dine in. It was delicious soup to nuts. Two enthusiast thumbs up. We will be back. Go hungry and leave room for dessert

Excellent quality and service every time! There is no better bartender than Catherine. Her service is impeccable, and she even recalls your preferences after just one visit. There are far too many delicious options to list here. This is the best restaurant in town if you want a memorable evening out with excellent food and service.

It perplexes me to read negative reviews about this restaurant. I’ve never had anything but excellent food and service here. Ruffina is my go-to for Italian food. Always great! Thank you for an exceptional experience every time.

Found it online and absolutely regretted not coming here earlier. A hidden gem in Chelmsford! Great atmosphere and charming lay out. The wait staff was super friendly. The food was AMAZING. All homemade Italian dishes. The sauces, dips, seasonings were all handmade by the chef. Everyone in our party of 6 enjoyed their meals. Portions were more than generous. The appetizers were sooo.good. the meatballs and calamari were fresh and tasty. The dessert to.end the night was also soo tasty. Definitely a spot worth hitting monthly to save yourself a trip into the north end. Yes it's that good.

Consistently outstanding food and service! Catherine is THE best bartender. Not only does she provide outstanding service but after one visit she remembers what your favorites are! They serve so many great dishes there are too many to mention. If you’re looking for a great night out with outstanding food and service, this is the place to go!

Delicious Italian Restaurant in Chelmsford, MA!!! It has Nice Decor and Really Good Food!!! I am very picky about Sauces and there Sauce was really good!!!

I had some Bread and Olive Oil, a Cesar Salad, with Raviolis and Meat Sauce!!!

My Friend also really enjoyed his Meal as well.

They Even used to do a Rollback the Prices Week Discount which was awesome, and my Mom would go there almsot every day this week, but they haven't had that for awhile... Hopefully eventually that comes back, it would be a nice Surprise!!!

Rufina's is a local Italian restaurant in Chelmsford that makes you feel like you're in the Boston North End. The food is superb and the staff treats you like family. You won't find a better Italian restaurant between the North End and the Canadian border and probably anyplace north of that.

Just had Mother’s Day dinner here and OH MY GOD was it delightful! The food was delicious and staff was polite, helpful and quick. Their bolognese is to-die-for. The bruschetta was delicious. Being new to Chelmsford, I’m excited to have a new go-to restaurant for Italian. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Advance ordering and curbside pick up made the process a breeze. We had the chicken parmesan and the veal parmesan. Both were very good and very generous portions. We had leftovers for several meals each. A great value! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Loved the food! The prices are reasonable. The staff was friendly and attentive. We didn't have to wait long, even for a Friday night. We're big foodies. This is our new favorite restaurant.

Loved this restaurant. Went there with family we were visiting. I had veal picatta and my husband had veal parmesan. You can't get real veal at many places in IN. To say it was delicious is an understatement. I ate every single bite! We took dessert home and we had such large portions, it took 3 of us to eat one chocolate moose. Our waitress was great, attentive, but not a bother. Can't wait to go again when we're back in town.

Fantastic. This is the best place to grab an authentic Italian meal for a very modest price. The only thing brighter than the fresh, quality, and expertly cooked food, are the friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated staff. So close to the tranquil Carlisle parks, it is no doubt a must visit.
