Alway’s excellent service! If I’m picking up or going inside. I love this CVS! Very sweet Indian girl inside tonight. Sorry, I didn’t look at her name tag. Great worker’s there!

I have been going to this location since 1983, even before it was bought by CVS. I have five prescriptions there now. All the staff (store and pharmacy) have always been helpful and courteous to me and my wife, and to any other customer I have ever observed in the store. I am posting this because I see some negative reviews; I just want to say that for close to 40 years I have treated the staff with respect and the staff has treated me the same way.

I was there on a Sunday, desperate to get the results of my son's COVID test. Minute Man only gave verbal results. I needed written results for his camp, for which he was going to next day. Porcha, a pharmacy tech took the time to call Minute Man headquarters and in two minutes it was resolved! When we called we were on hold for 20 .I minutes before we got disconnected. Thank you so much Porcha, you really saved us a lot of angst.

Janet and the whole TEAM here in Chelmsford, are friendly, knowledgeable and are helpful. I agree, there are a few members of the team who its obvious they do not want to be there and it comes across loud and clear. Otherwise, the beauty assist goes way over and above, she is very helpful. The pharmacy no doubt is beyond busy, however given COVID testing, vaccinations, etc... it takes time and answers are not instant. However, that said, being the daughter of an RPh, its their lic on the line and information/ direction and delivery of medicine is nothing to take lightly.
Thank you for the CVS Chelmsford TEAM for all you DO!!!

Very kind pharmacist. I was in panic mode and I think he caught on. He was helpful and kind at the same time. I am so gratedul.

This is my favorite CVS. It's always nice and organized, staff is super helpful, and well managed. It always has the products I am looking for.

I work here we are all very hard working and love our customers!!!
