My friend and I did back-to-back 90 minute massages with Ron, and we loved it. While one of us was having the massage, the other was relaxing in the hot tub. It was a perfect, relaxing day. Ron is extremely talented.

Ron is an incredibly intelligent and professional practitioner that I am really happy to rave about. This spot is not only full of ways to heal and relax, but his knowledge of biohacking, light therapy and so much more has given me a new perspective on life. He is very passionate about sharing eye-opening information and deep science about the human body, our diets, our cells, and how we can maximize healing processes and put ourselves in a much higher state of mind and health. Very grateful. Ten stars if I could.

Great massage - neck is already feeling better. Finnish scrub is very rough but a fun experience in a sauna. If you've had a Korean body scrub it's similar in nudity level and roughness 😁 Maybe not a place to be shy or expect extra frills but they're not necessary if the massage is great. The place is clean and the owner is very nice. It's on top of Bourbons. Can't wait to go back!

U Spa Fitness is a great place for an awesome massage! Ron is professional and offers a great environment to wind down and relax. I usually add on the Finnish scrub done in the sauna then a 90 minute massage. Always walk out feeling incredible.

Usually I do a regular hot sauna mixed with iced bath. Also very beneficial is the salt scrub.
And the massage from Ron - that is the best one I’ve ever received!

Don't let the location of this place influence you- this is a GREAT little personal spa, with one of the best therapists I've ever had.

As a travel editor, I've been to hundreds of spas and therapists in the past few years, and Ron is among the best. He knows exactly where to focus and the perfect amount of pressure; he's incredibly strong, but his massage is never overbearing. Basically, he clearly knows what he's doing.

The space itself is immaculate and the luxury of being able to take a private sauna before a massage is awesome. The space is better than what I've seen in 5-star hotels, which is even more impressive given the location, outside of Boston.

I haven't had personal training appointments, but a friend has and he was just as happy with the space, the trainer (also Ron) and the program. I highly recommend this place and have already booked a series of massages, so I'll definitely be back.

Our family came is to use infrared sauna with full spectrum light and loved it! We bought a package option and Ron was very nice and flexible with scheduling. The facilities are quiet, private and clean!

Ron is a God send! He is so professional, friendly and caring. His spa is immaculate. I recommend any of his services. He is very attentive. You will be treated like a king or queen. I.live 35 minutes away from his spa. I sent a text to Ron at 4:15 pm and had an appointment at 5:00 pm. I cannot say enough good thing about him.

I've been going to this spa for about 2 years now. I can't say enough good things about it. Wheather it's just a relaxation massage or one to help me recoup from doing too much damage to myself from sports, U Spa always has me feeling great! I've tried some others, but this is the best by far! You can't go wrong with whatever you choose to get done from his list of services!

I have been experiencing serious neck and shoulder problems for years. The reputable orthopedist suggested surgery as a possible but not fool proof solution. After only two visits at Uspa, the level and intensity of pain subsided considerably. The spa is immaculate and the service is akin to that usually only available in europe. I would recommend it to anyone seeking immediate stress and pain relief.

It's a little cozy but really good spa, I've been there a few times and I planing on going back.
