I went to see Dr. Ma for a braces consultation because my excellent dentist recommended her highly. At the age of 65, I was quite nervous about the idea of braces but my bite was causing problems with my teeth and something needed to be done. And Dr. Ma answered every one of my questions. Dr. Ma and her staff are knowledgeable, professional and kind. Most highly recommended!

Dr Ma has been working on my teeth for the past two years. She is very knowledgeable and patient, and after braces my teeth looked amazing. Would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Ma is a miracle worker. Her skills for dealing with complex TMJ and other jaw issues are unrivaled. She sees nuance inside the mouth that few others can see, making minor adjustments to her dental work to meet individual needs with skill and precision. My twins have being with Dr. Ma for the past three years. Many of my friends also chose her to treat their kids. I chose Dr.Ma because of her expertise in the filed and hands-on experience handling patients with the same or similar issues as my kids. Also her office staff are friendly and helpful with scheduling appointments when an emergency case comes up. So far, the orthodontic conditions of my kids have been improved and we all look forward to seeing the final results.

Upon entering Dr. Ma's office for my first appointment I was nicely welcomed with a smile and pleasantness. Of most importance to me, which passed my test, was cleanliness. Dr. Ma's assistants were very professional, personable, relaxing and outgoing. Dr. Ma treated me with kindness and made me feel that my dental needs were important to her. What I liked most about Dr. Ma was that she wanted to "save my teeth" not grind them down and cap them like other dentists have recommended to me. Her professionalism and honest recommendations supported my decision to place my trust in her following our consultation.

My oldest got into her braces 3 years ago, now my second will start the same procedure with my total trust. I would say Dr. Ma has the best practice around if your kids have a cross-bite and overcrowding issue. We enjoy going to our appointments every time and appreciate her real professional, passion, and courtesy!

From the Doctors to the staff, Yuci Ma Orthodontics is top notch! I was nervous about my daughter going through the braces experience, but we were guided so nicely through the process. I asked many questions along the way, and all the Doctors and staff were knowledgeable, informative, and understanding. Appointments were easy to obtain and reschedule. We even had an emergency on a Saturday, and the doctor on call that day was very accommodating and met us that day. Highly Recommend. The office has the latest technology. You can feel confident that you will receive top quality service along with friendly, personal, and professional care.

My daughter has just finished an Invisalign treatment. We are very happy with the result. Getting teeth treatment is a little scary especially for younger kids but Dr. Ma was so kind and gentle with my daughter all the time.Dr. Ma was always very calm and she treats patients with respect. Not only was the doctor good, but the whole staff were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend!

Dr. Ma's office made our 4-year orthodontics experience pleasant. She created an individual treatment plan for our daughter because she does not want to have any tooth pulled out and her teeth were very crowded.
Dr. Ma's office has Saturday hours and late Wednesdays, and they are open on most of the holidays, which made it much easier for us to fit our daughter's busy schedule. That's why we stuck with Dr. Ma for this whole journey even though the commute is a tough one for us.

We moved from NY in August 2017
and needed to find an Orthodontist for three out of four members of our family. We searched online and found Dr. Ma in Lexington. Her reviews were excellent and so where her credentials. When I called to make an appointment, Danielle was excellent on the phone and answered all my questions and set us up for an appointment right away. When we came to the office, we met with Dr. Ma who took us through everything she would need to do to continue our orthodonture care. She was detailed, organized, professional and her expertise was clear. Between Dr. Ma and her staff we knew we were in capable hands. We have been seeing her for approximately eight months now and we couldn’t be happier. Dr. Ma and her staff are excellent and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you Dr. Ma, Danielle, Ayes, Ada, Claire and the rest of the staff for whom I don’t know their names.

I would highly recommend Dr. Ma to anybody who is looking for orthodontic treatment. Currently my son (8) and myself (36) are seeing her. She helped my son in correcting his crossbite and now she is dealing with the crowding issue. After seeing the result of my son, I also decided to work with Dr. Ma in straightening my teeth. Now I have been wearing the aligners from Dr. Ma for 9 months. The result is fantastic! Before my treatment, Dr. Ma listed all the options in detail including the cost comparison.
