This was by far the best car dealership experience I have ever had, and I have had many of them. Sergio was warm and Enthusiastic without being overbearing, or pushy about up selling. I told him my price point and he was very concerned to meet it. I left the dealership with a brand new leased civic , without increasing my monthly payment by much . All the staff was helpful and they worked together as a team. But Sergio’s friendliness made it easy to trust that this was the best choice for ME not the dealership. I did not drive away with any buyers remorse! I just drove away with an awesome vehicle and an awesome experience. I will be going back, and I will be recommending this dealership to everyone.

I had a wonderful experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. Igor, Lee and Jerry were so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and personable. They made the process of purchasing my pre-owned 2018 Lincoln MKZ not only a great experience but more importantly a stress free experience. The Herb Chambers crew are all magnificent. My salesman, Francis Madden, was very helpful and kind. He help me get right car I needed and even listened to all my complaints and made sure the car I chose meet all my needs. TJ Madden was also very helpful getting my car registered and took initiative to contact the proper people to get it done. The GM also took time to speak with me to ensure that all my concerns would be taken care of. J. Gannon was very kind to my family and related so much with me and explained all the final sales documents perfectly. There were more people involved but I just have to give these four a job well done. They thanked me for my service as an Active Duty Service Member and made us feel welcome and appreciated. All involved today were fantastic! George listened to my needs and wants and connected me to Pedro who was extremely helpful. Pedro answered all my questions and concerns and helped me feel confident in my decision in purchasing a new vehicle today. Finally Patrick in the finance department helped complete the paperwork and educated me on all the options for protection during my lease agreement. Everyone was very professional, kind and helpful. Very nice experience. The gentleman who helped was Diago. He knew everything he was talking about and didn't sell me the most expensive vehicle. The dealership was very thorough in all their paperwork. I would highly recommend this place.

I hate car shopping...period. Yet, every time I've worked with the folks at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington MA, the process has been quick, easy, and virtually painless. This last time was no exception. Amy Ferreira was helpful and kind. Frank Madden, our sales guru, took the time to listen to what we wanted (and didn't want) and, together with Chris, the Finance Manager, made us an offer we could not refuse...no really, it was that good. We met with the team on Wed evening, and, by Friday afternoon, we had a shiny, inspected, and ready to go new car at a price that worked for us. Yes, I still hate car shopping but, if I'm going to do it, it will be here. Thanks again!

My review is a little delayed but worth making sure it was added! We received the best information and support from Ashley Sullivan in October for our Honda Passport and we are thrilled with the results and our experience.

Ashley went above and beyond to be helpful and communicate with us as the issue was uncovered. Due to her and her teams diligence and extra effort, they were able to find the issue with the mud cemented onto our wheels and get us back on the road quickly.

Fell in love with a truck but it was a hour away. Braced ourselves for a long day of haggling, drawn out, sit and wait, low balling and insulting offers. Instead we were treated kind, friendly, the most professional and courteous experience I’ve ever had. If you want to buy a vehicle, I recommend Carlos and TJ to deal with. They are a Class act all day long. Only place I’d purchase a vehicle.
