I had the pleasure of working with Jorge and it was a very easy and smooth transition from setting up the appointment to see the car and on to purchasing. He did what he could to get me the best deal possible and even threw in a few little things as extra. He was also very prompt with replying to me via text or calls if I had any questions, even told me to contact him on his days off. He is very dedicated to making sure you get what you want!

I've been going to Honda Village for about six years and my experience with the service department today was excellent as usual. I decided to wait for my car although I could have used Honda Village's free Lyft service to bring me home and pick me up when my car was ready. I was able to enjoy the free coffee offered and could have watched TV if I had wanted to. I was quoted a price range of $150 - $300 and it ended up costing $155. Philip made the process easy. I would advise anyone looking to service a Honda in the area to check out Honda Village.

I have recently bought a CPO Honda CR-V vehicle from this dealership. Ben Murphy did a great job. He is really professional with a friendly blend. He took time to answer all my queries patiently. He even went above and beyond his work ethic to help me with some very useful tips. He doesn't just do this as a job but prioritizes customer satisfaction and builds goodwill. Even after the deal is done, he is always approachable when needed (within a day) to answer any queries.

We recently renewed a lease and worked with Josh. I have never worked with a more professional person. I do not like the car leasing, buying, or anything process and he instantly put me at ease. Honda Village Service is amazing- when a routine oil change showed another problem- Calvin provided a clear explanation of what my car needed, made sure I got my warranty coverage and super facilitated my transportation so that I did not have to miss an appointment I had previously scheduled!

I brought my tired 2014 CRV into Honda Village because I could hear a lot of rattling and noise coming from what I thought was the transmission. Upon initial review it seemed that the transfer case needed to be replaced. But - the next day the mechanics looked at everything and instead replaced both front axels and replaced a U joint holding up the catalytic converter, which saved me like $1000 over having to replace the transfer case. Now my car literally runs like new and I don't have to spend $22,000 to replace it. If you have a Honda and you want to make your car last and save money, bring it to Honda Village in Newton for a big job or even a small one. Thanks Alex and company !

I had a transmission emergency at the end of business day while I was visiting Boston and these folks were so kind to me. They managed to squeeze me in early the next morning and were even able to set me up with a loaner car for the night. They quoted me a fair price and got the job done quickly.

I ONLY request "Timmy," who services my BMW 328XI with 55K miles and my partner's Honda Accord Hybrid 22k miles. Before we could even finish our lattes at the nearby Starbucks, he completed our annual maintenance (brakes, oils, and coolant fluids ). This is a testament to his speed and experience. Timmy is a straight shooter who saved us over 25% for repairs in comparison to "BMW stearlership" quote for valve cover gaskets, and rear shock & struts, including alignment. Having a dependable shop like Honda Village is reassuring because of the honest work, cost, and speed. HIGHLY recommend!

Charles Ojoko is a professional, caring and kind human who will help you greatly in your purchase. Also, Mr. Peña and the GM of sales David Rodriguez were very helpful and made the car buying experience memorable. No wonder they have showcase this hardworking staff’s pictures on their wall like superstars! It is great way of honoring their hard work.

Be aware that it is a very busy location but they worked with us from the moment we have walked in until we picked up the new vehicle and made us feel comfortable and welcomed!

Honest, and low pressure. They are not the closest Honda dealership from where I live or work, but I really appreciate their low pressure approach to sales.

When we were car shopping, we visited four other dealerships. A couple others came up with excuses for not honoring their own online prices. All the others tried high pressure sales tactics—some borderline sleazy—which made us walk away.

The sales rep (Alex?) at Honda Village was courteous and low pressure. He was happy to honor the Internet Sales quote. He did try to upsell some additional accessories and services; when we declined, he very politely moved on. Management take note: this is how you get repeat sales.

When getting the vehicle serviced, the intake guy (Calvin) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made several suggestions, explained everything clearly, and processed the service request quickly. He didn’t try to push a lot of unnecessary services, the way other places might.

In my few interactions with Honda Village so far, they seem competent and refreshingly trustworthy.

I had a great experience working with Mo. He had my dad and I test drive a few cars and shared the benefits of each vehicle. The vehicle I bought was a few years old so needed some small touch ups and Mo made sure to write down everything that needed to be updated and ordered parts right away. I would definitely recommend looking for cars at Honda Village.

We bought our son the 2021 Type R for Christmas in December 2020, same time as we bought our X5 and he still loves his Type R! Besides the rocks getting stuck in the calipers every so often which is a known issue, it is a great car. This is regarding the experience we had with the sales team. They were great and around that time there was a 10k markup on all Type Rs so we were lucky that there was no markup!
