Fairfield Inn by Marriott Boston Woburn/Burlington

We booked 2 double bedrooms last minute, they didn’t have the right room type so they gave us extra king bed rooms for the same price. I’m very impressed. The rooms are super clean and the layout and room size is better than most hotels at this price. There is a laundry room that works well. I also love the shower and hair products they provided, it made my hair really soft and they smell great. Would definitely recommend!

I loved this hotel for multiple reasons. Close to the highway and not far from Boston at all which meant we could have access to fun activities in the big city while not having to pay big city prices or endure big city hotel headaches. Service was incredibly awesome & friendly. The free breakfast was one of the best that I've ever had, compared to other Marriott branded hotels as well as other non-Marriott hotels. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. I see other people complaining about the noises of the roads next to the hotel however that was no issue for me, in fact I think you could argue it was good white noise for helping me fall asleep. TV had great options for things to watch when relaxing in my room. Lots of amenities nearby for shopping, eating and activities. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Massachusetts.

When I stay at hotels, there is only one thing I care about: sleeping. I've often been let down by noise. This place gets it: a white-noise machine and earplugs were waiting in my room. I don't know why, since it's in the bottom half for noise of hotels I've stayed at. But I'm glad they have them.

And it is a nice room, very homey and nice lighting, carefully set up for hospitableness.

This hotel had everything we needed, clean rooms, a great breakfast spread, and was close to the commuter rail station. Front desk staff were friendly and able to answer all of our questions.

This was a great stay for us. We were visiting Boston and used it as a place to sleep. The staff was very friendly, room was huge and clean. The walk-in shower was enormous, great water pressure. Breakfast was okay, but free. We couldn't figure out the fridge, but that might have been user error. You can hear the highway, but not loudly enough that it bothered us at all.

We ended up staying at this hotel a few days while our apartment was being fixed, the stress levels were out of this world. Everyone was so nice and accommodating that it eventually felt like a mini staycation! They were all so great with my little one, too.
Rooms are decent, clean. Breakfast was always so good! I’d definitely stay again if anything were to ever happen.

We stayed here after visiting Salem. Customer service was great. The hotel room was clean. Would stay here again.

The entire staff was great. Special shout-out to Beatrice for her warm smile and eagerness to help make our stay one that we will always remember.

I stayed at this hotel recently for a family member's funeral. Jeanette, the General Manager, truly went above and beyond to make me and my family members comfortable. She was friendly and helpful, allowing some of us to check in early and unload our luggage. She also accommodated room location requests, remembered names and room numbers, and made sure Marriott Bonvoy points were allocated correctly. Regarding the hotel itself, it was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is also in a great location, convenient to the highway and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel!

I am almost disappointed we were only here one night!! 20 mins from the airport. Free parking. The rooms were all renovated with comfy beds and gorgeous showers. One cup coffee pot in room, plus microwave and mini fridge. The hot breakfast was AMAZING. Obviously homemade items, plus the usual assortment of grab n go. Would stop here again for a longer visit!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times throughout the years and always had a positive experience. Good, clean rooms, great service, nice breakfast area and easy to find location close to 95 and 93.

Stayed here for 8 nights on a business trip and this is one of the best hotel stay I've had in the United States.

Location: The location was great, just opposite to the Woburn village shopping center and right next to highways 93 and 95.

Room: Modern rooms with good amenities. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day.

Food: Complimentary breakfast offered here is far better than any other similar hotels. I was amazed to see how kitchen staff took care of special needs of kids, vegetarian guests and older people. Bravo 👏

24 hours free hot coffee/tea in the lobby, there is also a small marketplace in the lobby with a decent amount of foods and beverages.

Had a great stay at this hotel. It was easy to get to off the highway and there seemed to be plenty of conveniences in the immediate area. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were nicely furnished, with comfortable beds, plentiful tables and outlets, and a microwave (which is always a plus). Breakfast was good and they made sure that items didn't run out. The only thing I wish the hotel had was a hot tub, but I would definitely stay there again.

I loved this hotel. The elevator could possibly use an update, and the breakfast room could use some more seating but honestly other than those two things it was great. Our room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was good, and our room was beautifully updated. I especially loved that they give you a noise machine, especially since I have to sleep with some kind of noise but don’t like the TV on. The bed was comfortable, the shower was very nice and big, I was definitely impressed. One last thing that I didn’t appreciate but not necessarily at the fault of the hotel was the parking. There are spots for compact cars only, but SUVs and vans parked there making it difficult to get into and out of my car as well as even attempt to squeeze in between two of them. All in all, I will definitely return.

The staff here was incredibly personable and professional. I'd highly recommend any of my friends or family this hotel anytime. The breakfast was great, the room & entire hotel was clean and spacious. Great location with lots to do. Short walk to Dave and Buster's. We will definitely be back!

Small, clean, friendly staff, very good continental breakfast! The rooms are nice and the linens were fresh. Very close to highway so if you are used to quiet at night this is not a good choice. I'm a city girl so the noise is soothing. The air condition/heater lessens the noise.
