Sales Representative, Andrew, at the Woburn store was extremely helpful and assisted with ordering the exact phone I wanted. I was in and out of the store within 10-15 minutes.

Assistant manager Kyle was phenomenal. He is super attentive, patient, and works so hard to get you the best deal possible. He spent a couple hours helping me in the store and he had a smile on his face the entire time. Excellent customer service. The entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

I came in looking for a new phone and plan. All the guys that work there seem pretty knowledgeable and helpful. There were other customers that seemed very happy with their services as well.

Kyle helped me set up my plan, making it super simple. He found some discounts for me and informed me of promotions that I was unaware of; overall my experience was really great. I had been dreading this process for a while and he took all the difficulty out of it.

Having worked in customer service for a long time, it was nice to have someone treat me with the same level of respect that I have given to others. I know it’s not always easy to find. I know this was long, but I highly recommend this location and staff. You won’t regret it.

10/10 experience working with Christian and Kyle. They were super friendly, smart, quick, and efficient. I was having issues getting my new phone going and they went above and beyond to help me out. They really cared about making sure I left happy with a working phone, and I definitely did. I've been with ATT for over 10 years and I could not be happier with my experience.

We came in with an issue created by a different AT&T store that caused my son’s new phone to not operate correctly. CHRISTIAN and NORMAN were extremely helpful, and they identified the issue very quickly and resolved and tested the phone with us in the store to show that it was fixed. They also noted our account with additional details to help us solve another issue with a phone customer service rep (minor billing issue). They were very clear in their explanations and what they were doing to resolve the issue. I will be coming to this location for my upgrades and new devices going forward. They know what they are doing, and do it well.

Anthony helped me out tremendously today. He managed to find out a huge issue that was happening and saved me lots of money and future headaches. He was very patient and informative. He guided me through all the steps necessary to not only help me with my original issue but also with this second major issue that I had no idea was happening. Forever grateful and thankful for Anthony.

My sales associate Anthony was awesome. I was created as soon as I walked in and he help me find the best phone for me and then also save me a ton of money on my bill. He was very patient and when I left everything was set up. It was a great experience.

Anthony was incredibly patient and kind. he listened to my needs and explained my options. he set me up with my new phone so that I walked out of the store w a new phone with all my apps, and an extra line (6th) for the same price for what I was paying for 5 lines. So grateful for att store employees

Anthony was the smartest wireless store associate, as he easily and QUICKLY enabled a feature that was brand new to him, his Company and us, but necessary for my wife to be able to use her phone in France, with a departure from the airport just 3 hours away. He NAILED it, and was super nice too. Incredible!!

5 stars for Randy! He is super nice and my new phone screen looks so clean - it’s like it’s not even there. He made sure to try to apply every discount for me.

Tip for people coming to the store - it moved across the street after reconstruction so look for the sign :)

Excellent experience working with AJ at the Woburn store. He was extremely knowledgeable and just a real people person. I would 100% work with him again and recommend him. The store itself I thought did very well social distancing etc during these trying times

Only place I’ll go to if I have to go in store, I drove 40 minutes to go there, these guys are the best with tech issues and sales. No headaches at all. The guy I usually deal with is AJ he is an absolute wizard and got me into a new phone and iPad also TV which is awesome because I got to cancel all my other subscriptions saving me a lot of money 👌🏼 Very happy with my service there as always.

I had an issue with an chat agent and visited this branch. Kyle was super knowledgeable , helpful. He solved my issue within just 5 min. He is the best of the best staff I have ever met.
