Best place to shop ever, the store manager is amazing. The employees are welcoming and inviting and measure perfectly for lingerie! I was very impressed! They’re are all such lovely people to talk to as well as have them style me!

One of the best shopping experience I've ever had! I was there to return something and end up buying a lot more only because Lisa and Nancy were very, very helpful! Lisa exceeded my expectation for taking the time to look everywhere for sales sleepwear items that didn't exist anymore on the sales rack in my size.Thank you Lisa SOO much! This store became now one of my favorite stores in Burlington Mall.

The store is well arranged with very attractive items. I returned today and the customer service was excellent. The items were extremely appealing. I think in some ways it's better than it's competitor. I could not ask for anything that the staff couldn't satisfy. Well they don't have a huge amount of stock, what they do have is quality which makes up for the size of the store.

It is extremely worth going to and checking it out. You will not leave empty-handed.

The products are pretty. The sales girls are just pushy and perhaps too eager to make a sale. I can't look at something even for a minute without someone hovering over me. I'm the kind of person who prefers to be left alone and I'll ask if I need help. No need to check in with me every 5 minutes. This is off putting and why I prefer online shopping.

Bought an expensive silk pijama set that got ripped after 3 days of usage (it isn’t tight at all and it was hand washed). Very poor quality and they don’t accept returns.

there were three staff at the store, two were chatting about "anime Boston"... one just smiled but no customer service at ALL! i was in the store for over 5 mins, all of them just minded their own businesses 🤣 great service!

The worst customer service. They're great luring you in and offering you their sale items but when you come back after trying bras on and they don't fit they are rude, don't want to do the return, and yell at you for not getting the right size to begin with- but the sold you the size that should work. They also have random closing hours, and don't announce if they'll be open or closed despite their website having the store times. Spare yourself. The items aren't even that high quality, it's just good marketing. I returned everything I bought - and had to search my trash to find the receipt because "the company is not digital" so they refuse to return without a receipt!

Good products but very bad customer service.
Sales girls didn't even acknowledge that we were there. Not even hi, have a good day.
They were talking to each other and laughing while we were looking for sizes. Not coming back to this location for sure!

It says they’re open until 7. I try to go at 6:25 and their doors were closed.
