I stopped by the Malden T-Mobile on a business trip and worked with a young lady named Angela. SHE IS EXACTLY WHAT T-MOBILE NEEDS! She assisted me with the upmost respect and patience. I am thankful for this location and for employees like Angela!

Maurice is hands down the best! Couple of weeks ago I went in for one thing and he helped with a ton other. It feels nice to go to an establishment where I’m not being rushed and all my questions are answered. Made the process extremely easy!

Best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Everyone was super friendly and helpful through the entire process! Even got a new nail place to go to out of the experience lol! Thanks again to Eva… (I can’t remember how to spell her name I’m sorry) sales rep #****210! I’ll be back soon!

Anthony at T Mobile was A1! Very nice kid. Smooth transaction and very informative. We all know alot of sales folk will sell you a dream for commission but Anthony was very transparent and didn't try to play me!

I had a great experience today at this TMobile location with Drew. I set up a new line and purchased a new phone and Drew sat with me through the whole process and ensured all of my information transferred onto my new phone. Drew was super helpful and made my experience quick and easy!

Completely love this store and the employees , jayson, taty and salma were completely wonderful. This is the only Tmobile store I go too because of their great customer service. All three helped me get a new phone and were very patient with me even after all the problems we came across.

I had problems with my SIM card, went there to see Tati , it was an amazing experience, she asked few questions to identify who we were. Then within few minutes, my SIM card is replaced and working as it should be . Thanks t Mobil and your best staffs, experience, pleasant service and making me feel good for the phone company that I chose!!

I brought a phone into this location that I purchased on line and asked if they would be able to help me, the staff is all commission based so by helping me the person is potentially loosing money. The young man was still very happy to help me and needed to get all my information to help me activate my phone. I expected a big push on selling me other products upgrades on my existing account you know all the normal heavy pressure sales. Not at all this young man gave me the expected time it was going to take. He asked if while it was porting over if he could help another customer. While he was helping me and of course I said no problem. He never left me alone even while helping the other customer he continued to check the process and keep me updated on what was next. He suggested a screen protector that I was going to buy and went over the insurance options. I can't tell you how amazingly helpful this young man was.
I absolutely forgot his name or I would have referred to him by name but he does have 2 little girls 8 months old and a 2 year old. He definitely deserves some sort of recognition and I will be buying lunch for him on Friday.

I am so satisfied with TMobil service every time I visit them. I have used Verizon and ATT before. I switched to T-Mobile 7 years ago and never once thought of leaving. TMobil staff is friendly and helpful, do exactly what you expect them to do You can get their free basic coverage when you travel outside the country too.

My husband and I went to T-Mobile today to make the switch from Verizon; Deni was SO helpful and we had a great time while he helped us choose the right plan for our phones. I really want to highlight Deni's phenomenal approach to customer service here because he made the whole trip worth it. This is normally an experience that, with any other phone service provider, would be like watching paint dry for two hours. Deni was attentive, informative, and hilarious, while also assisting other customers and being very personable. I also have to say that all of the other T-Mobile staff members I met were also really awesome and helpful. Thank you for a great experience, we're forever grateful!

I went to TMobile 2 days ago to get a new line open and if you've read the previous review from a lady named Mariam please don't listen to her. This woman came to the store while I was working with Deni and proceeded to interrupt my whole transaction because she needed someone who could translate spanish and then she proceeded to give Deni problems and despite everything that was going on and the tension Deni maintained himself very professionally and kept a smile on his face throughout this woman disrespecting him and making others around uncomfortable. After the whole ordeal Deni still took great care of me and I couldn't be anymore thankful.

Had a great experience at T-Mobile. Anthony and the team over there were very helpful. Would recommend to everyone.

Amazing customer service from Deni! I remembered his name because he helped me find the best rates for my new cellphone. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. He also assisted my daughter in getting a new iPad! If I can give more stars I would!

I've have very interesting encounters at T-Mobile, but this is the best one I've been too. The guys are really nice and SUPER friendly. Deni and his team made me laugh and make want to only go to this store when I need something and I live in Dorchester!

Finally some help,, from staff that acted totally professional. Staff that wasn't concerned about foot traffic through the door.. Because apparently, every person walking through the door should be an prospective sales.. So if you wanted to walk around an browse you were discouraged...
Apparently if 100 people walked through the door.. And 5 people made a purchase.. Their performance is poor.
Which means they are penalized..
So on T-Mobile Tues there would be a sales rep posted at the entrance outside questioning you why you were coming in the store.

this was the first time that staff were not clowning around with one another..

True Professionalism....They actually focused on the custmers.. The reps didn't offer personal suggestions Tmobile didn't cover
For example, In the past staff suggested that I download an app that would've blown my manufacturer warranty up..
Note, I've been dealing with wireless since they were first put on the market..
Plus a techie since the commodore computers..
Which meant that I knew enough to inform the Rep.. Of the following..
1) If T-Mobile knew that you were recommending, not only using apps that aren't verified as T-Mobile property.. But are completely illegal..
I'm sure you wouldn't be standing here.
I think you understand

Then to push you to take on services that you aren't asking for.. While running your bill up..
Then give out their personal wireless numbers and tell you to call them directly..both on an off hours..
In others the store reps had no control..
Now I'm not sure if those reps weren't working..or they cleaned house..
I can say..
The same Rep came to my rescue before was still there.. Hopefully he was promoted..

Great customer care, people are friendly and trustable. I've been a T - mobile customer for 10+ years and this store by far is the best of the best. Reps name is Johan but goes by the name of Jay to make it easier for the Customer to say his name.

The associates name tate on Malden ma tmobile deliver great customer service above and beyond unlike the other tmobile store at revere ma located near rmv u called for a phone to hold because your on the way to buy it, then 5mins later when ur on the store they will tell u that they sold it... even telling u that u called the wrong store fortunately the person who answered the phone was there and she's the one who told me she sold it after I called.. within 5 mins to pick it up..

OUTSTANDING customer service. Everytime I come in i leave with more than what I had intended! Everyone at this store is well knowledged on their job and make sure customers leave educated on their own plans & phones!! I was helped by Deni & he was by far my favorite! He makes you feel like more than just a transaction from the moment you walk through that door! By far my favorite store in the region!
