Stop & Shop is always a pleasant experience for me. It was very easy to find items because everything is well-marked and well-organized. The store was very neat and clean. Stop and Shop prices are amazingly awesome! You can find lots of good deals and bargains at this store! They also have an extremely good selection of items and a great variety. The checkout experience was very easy, fast and efficient! We just about got everything we needed. It was such a pleasure shopping at this Stop & Shop location!!! 🙂😀😁😎💯

Always good deals, fresh grocery. Love their points program. They have the best garlic bread from the bakery!

Great supermarket. It's clean plenty of staff and it's open until midnight. It's always busy but there's never a long line. The produce section was kinda empty last time I was there but it was at 9:30 p.m If you want a good selection of produce go in the a.m

The deli staff is fantastic. Cashiers are efficient and helpful. The selection is outstanding. The store is spotless.

Stop & Shop is better . I like the convenience of this Stop & Shop . I like the pharmacy here very helpful . I left a wallet they called me right up, and I really appreciated that. The personal at the self check out was very helpful too and nice , quickly did her job and I was able to move through my transaction without any problems.. I went to the register and the cashier was very helpful and they bagged all my items accordingly. The discount was $74 down to $60.29 with the Stop & Shop Card Awesome job Stop & Shop. Thank you.

It was good. You don't dipping sauce free when you buy fried chicken 🍗. If you are planning to eat it out, make sure you can buy it. It won't cost much. For me, I asked the staff and they brought it from the kitchen which costed $0.50 each.

I traveled and I went to this particular Stop & Shop grocery store for the very first time only a few days ago. While I was there inside and outside of this grocery store I discovered a couple of things. First, I discovered that this Stop & Shop grocery store is MUCH BIGGER than the Stop & Shop grocery store that I normally grocery shop in that is located in Revere. The second thing that I discovered is that at this Stop & Shop grocery store the employees,(from the management staff to the regular hourly people), are very friendly. Can't quite find a product that you wanted to get ?? Just ask,or look a little confused. One of the members of the management staff,or,a regular hourly employee will be more than happy to either guide you, or, give you verbal directions to help you find what you want or need to get.

Standard large grocery store. Not as popular as some others. Has all the basics. Nothing too special except nature's bakery brand and a few others I like sometimes being in stock.

I think this store is very convenient, you can have whatever you may be looking for in groceries and other household needs. There is a Donkin shop inside and a Citizen Bank. I like it!

Its the Best store I ever shop in. Its near where I live, So that's a Great location for me. And they have everything you need; So you don't have to go to different stores for different things. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the High prices! So everything is really Great. And the people in the store are helpful when you can't find anything.

Last week I ordered a Birthday cake for My Daughter. I spoke to April and she made the cake exactly how I wanted it. April thanks again for your Great Customer Service. :)

Excellent, Staff was Excellent, And Front End ,Manager was so Kind and Understanding, She is a Asset to Stop and Shop.Also,The Manager for the Meat Department, He has Glasses and a Beard,Excellent ,Helped Me and ,Treated Me With Respect, The Staff At Stop/ Shop in Malden is Excellent, Recommend To All.AAAAAAAAAAAAAA.

Excelent prices, overall well organized store. Great variety of fruits and vegetables, and well stocked deli as well. Can't say much about the meats, cause i don't buy any.

Kudos for Mihaela for helping me setup my store card today. Amazing attendant. Got great service from her.

Would like to also appreciate Melissa's help on that matter as well, who showed up to solve an issue on the system related to the name input (i have way too many middle names hahahaha)

Staff is always friendly & store nice & clean. Wish the selections were bigger but for the size, this store does have the necessities. The young Haitian guy in the butcher shop is the nicest kid i think I ever met & stop & shop is lucky to have him. He always goes above & beyond & is always in the best mood. I could go elsewhere to save a few bucks but I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" & I rather pay more to get more! This is why this is my #1 go to grocery store.

Am disabled, staff here are very accommodating & caring about their customers regardless of their race, gender, religion, etc. too. Prices are reasonable if you shop with the "bonus buys" or coupons. Some weeks, the sales are much better than others too. Would highly recommend this store to anyone. :)

It's a large grocery star in a busy city center. Despite that, it is ran efficiently and everyone working there are courteous. It's wonderful to see that they hire many young people in highschool as well as many people with disabilities. As for the store, items are always well stocked, good sales, and quality deli. Plan during major holidays though... very very crowded as one would imagine.

I called about putting an air conditioner aside to pick up later,
and they were extremely helpful when i asked a few questions about
the item, plus they had it waiting when i got there (last one).
I thought they did a great job during the pandemic, and you never
had to wait in line very long to get inside.
Roy & Eric are great managers, as well.

Store very clean, check rep came right over when I had an issue without me calling him over n was pleasant as I left. One thing, they should have someone disinfecting the area once a customer leaves. Other than that it's a nice place.

I actually had a bad experience on thanksgiving week few years back where the cart boy said I hit someone and I didn’t. Then claimed I destroyed property which is why he was taking photos of me driving off. I came back and had the police called myself. The police officer let me know I didn’t hit anyone and the. It seemed like he was lying and not to worry about a thing

Fast forward to this year easter weekend. Nothing but praise guys. From the line workers to the cashiers I have had great experiences. They have been friendly and helpful and informative. Thank you guys for your wonderful attitudes during this difficult time. Stay safe! Happy Easter!
