Red Roof PLUS+ Boston - Woburn/ Burlington

Actually, it was my first time staying at a Red roof hotel. It was a very pleasant experience. My first surprise was the way the room was so spacious with a king size bed. Everything was big. My other surprise was there was an iron in the room. It was useful because I had some wrinkle clothes that needed ironing for my job interview. I would definitely go back to red roof on my future travel.

I've stayed here four times in the past 10 years my first time I complained about the room we were moved straight away and the other 3 times never a problem. Love the location and the 10 minutes walk to the train station was manageable (I have a stick) and I think the prices are good for what you get in fact I'm coming back in 2025

There is no pool, and no food served at this hotel. The hotel shares the parking lot with a restaurant next to it. There is a shopping plaza across from it. Across from the plaza is Popeyes chicken/ Dunkin Donuts and Sunocco gas station. There is a Dunkin less than a block up from it. Starbucks, Target/Starbucks, Children's Urgent Care, Mattress Company, Nail Salon is a block away and within walking distance during warmer weather. Highway convenience. The staff is friendly, professional and provides beyond excellent customer service.

A great little place to relax and have a decent place to sleep. I love the style of the building which was obviously built in the 70’s or so and I love that vintage feel. Staff is great, never had problems with them and they have always been accommodating, which I appreciate. My husband and I are truckers so this is a good place to do our reset. You’ve got a slew of great restaurants and shopping right across the street. The ONLY thing is that there are carpet beetles which have now invaded our truck somewhat. Until yesterday I had NEVER seen a bed bug and the room I was given at first, last night had one. The premier reason I wanted to switch rooms was not because of the bed bugs but because the air conditioning did not blow cold what so ever. I was very nicely by staff able to trade rooms. Thank you again! I give 5 stars because of the staff and the rooms are alright, like I’ve said; a great place to reset your hours or come to unwind. Thank you again red roof plus. Appreciate you.

The location, which is across the street from just about anything you need (great grocery store, bar/restaurants, coffee shop, etc.), is reason enough to stay here. The true benefit is the staff. The front desk staff helped me with everything I needed with a smile. And, frankly, I am not that easy to please. Everyone was incredibly helpful. The only name I remember is Johnson (awesome guy) but the others were just as great. Rooms are tired and could use upgrades but the price makes up for that.

I’m local so I know this area well and booked this hotel for my parents who visit Boston and they spent 2 weeks here. They are very happy with the stay as first of all: the room and everything inside is as good as other higher end hotels; secondly, it is the only one that has microwave and fridge in room which is a plus for us; lastly, the rooms facing east and west make every room bright with natural light. Overall we are very satisfied with both the room conditions location and the service that hotel management team and front desk staff provided.

I'm a cancer patient at the Dana Farber Cancer Center and was supposed to check in at the American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge, but my room wasn't ready, so me and my daughter went to the Red Roof inn and they had no rooms with two beds available.
They ended up giving us what they had available, and that was a room with a king bed and sofa bed. The whole staff did their thing, and I really appreciate everything that they could for us.

My husband and I just wanted to get away from home so we wanted to stay somewhere nearby but not at home. After having a horrible experience at the lakeside inn in Wakefield we ended up finding a reasonable rate for a king size bed here. The front desk staff Eric, super nice super helpful. I can't say a bad thing about the service here. My room was warm it was clean no issues with hot water or with the heater oh did I mention the front desk staff was super nice. So there's homelessness that goes on everywhere and since this is a low rate hotel they get people who are in transition to housing. I imagine these are the people that are probably smoking pot and cigarettes on site because they live here. If you're looking for a five-star hotel this is not the place. If you're looking for damn good service in a clean room this is the hotel for you. Also ask the front desk staff why things are the way they are. Don't just go on here and write a bad review. Last time I stayed here there was somebody moving in across the hall. May seem weird to people that people live in hotels but sometimes that's what's got to be done to have a roof over your head for your family. So don't judge people not a bad place to stay

Front desk attendant that worked the night of 9/25/23 until the morning helped me out so much! Please give that attendant the praise they deserve!!! Wonderful person.

This is all about location. 30 minutes from Salem and 30 minutes from Boston. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Check in was easy. We booked through booking.com for 2 nights. Reasonably priced for a weekday rate. I would stay with this chain again.

Hotel staff could not have been friendlier during my check in. The hotel is just what we were looking for - a good place to stay for one night. Room was a good size, was clean, and had refrigerator and microwave. The fact that they also allow pets (in our case a dog) for no extra charge was a huge plus. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

We booked two nights because our power was out and they are dog friendly. The staff was accommodating, and the room was clean. Some of the clientele was a bit sketchy and concerning, however, that isn't the hotel's fault. They allowed me to cancel my second night and were great with us having the dog!

Great value. Clean room with two double beds, nice linens and pillows, microwave, fridge, decent bathroom. The continental breakfast doesn't measure up to more expensive places, but it's good enough. Hard boiled eggs, yogurts, coffee, cereal, muffins, breads, toaster oven waffles, juices. Swimming pool is warm, clean. Location is very good - near highway, near restaurants and shops and supermarket. Late checkout given when requested. If I'd paid over $100, I'd have given it 4 stars, but since it wound up costing me <$80 including taxes, I'll give it 5 stars, because of the excellent value. Only annoyance was that they automatically charge you a $1.50 surcharge "for having a safe in the room", but they say they'll remove the charge IF I ASK THEM TO, and only at checkout. Annoying nickle and dimeing. But overall, an excellent value.
I'll be back.

I love this place!! The rooms here are awesome and this place is lovely despite the lack of guest laundry services!!!

There's tricks to getting a hotel room. First, who pays full price for any hotel? Not me, not even for a 5 star ive never paid full price. If your going to pay for a 2 star hotel like red roof then I would figure a person would know what their paying for and not get mad, I've seen the other reviews. The most I've ever paid for red roof is $64 bucks every time if not cheaper. Love this place because get it for low price and rooms are great. For a 2 star they are pretty good. Every room I've gotten was good but maintenance needs to do a better job with somethings but once again it's a 2 star. Coffee is good and served all day. Don't recommend the free breakfast. Wouldn't leave a tip for the maids. But with every Hotel even a 5 star, hotel room are dirty period! and you always have to check for things. I recommend that people do their research before paying and staying at any 2 to 5 star hotel. Staff was alway good to me at red roof and I go there all the time for a get away with the babe. Over all great place.

Absolutely worth the money. We checked in a after a very tiring flight And Trust me the stay was good. The rooms were pretty clean. The front desk was really helpful. Would absolutely recommend the stay here.

While I was here for 2 weeks my stay has been nothing but great. The rooms have been clean, the two at the front desk, Kenny and Genesis have been very polite and very helpful with anything I've needed. All in all it's a great place to stay. I would stay here again on my next visit for sure

Great service, very nice rooms, convenient location. Would stay again. Would be nice if they were a little more upfront about the deposit, but it was refunded to my card very quickly.

Good place to stay with family. They have all basic facilities. They did have even Laundry for self service and also they offer daily complimentary breakfast for the guests. Hotel however does not have any shuttle service to the city
