Courtyard by Marriott Boston Woburn/Boston North

Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Room was spacious, nice configuration/ layout (sink separate from bath) wih a comfy couch and huge TV with great picture. It was slightly dated but, in like new condition. My room was on the hwy side so there was slight road noise, but I found that relaxing). I was disappointed with A/c system where thw fan would only stay "on" in the high setting, but overall a great stay. Location is a good bit off road in an industrial park, but its a dead end and felt safe and quiet.

This was a really good property! Very comfortable and convenient. The carpets were kinda old and overall the property is a little dated. But for the most part it was well-maintained. The location is quiet and far from the maddening crowd.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Service was great. Parking was free. If you are looking for a safe suburban area right outside of the Boston this is perfect. You would need a car to get here as it is not in the city.

We had a wonderful stay, though i booked this specific hotel for the hot tub, unfortunately it was removed during covid. Had a wonderful experience with juno and jake and loved talking about star wars with them. Juno does an amazing dark vadar impression. Would definitely recommend staying. Its very clean, professional, and the staff is beyond amazing!

I visit north of Boston often for business. This location is perfect to visit the city and points north. Michelle does a great job for all of us in the evenings and nights at the bar and in the restaurant. She's the best. Food and drinks are amazing..

Very clean large room with comfortable bed, pillows and ample amenities for shower. Crisp clean sheets. Big television, ample desk space, mini fridge. Good air conditioning. Courteous check in. Great stay.

I’m in this area twice a month for work and continue to come to this location because of the staff. Michelle and Anna may be the best bar duo I’ve come across in my many travels. They are extremely efficient and wonderful with their customers. In addition, the food is really excellent and I enjoy both breakfast and many dinners here.

Located in a nice, clean neighborhood and the front desk people were friendly. The room was quiet, clean, and comfy. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here!

I was welcomed to the hotel as if I was returning home. Sharon warmly and kindly, asked me about my day and made the overall experience great. Also, the food at the bar is fantastic. 10/10 on the cheeseburger. Michelle, the bartender, really loves what she does and it shows. She understands the customer needs and goes way above and beyond.

What an awesome experience at the PM bar. Always the quickest of service and a nice calming demeanor by the hostess with the mostest, Michelle.

Clean, nice layout, big TV with lots of streaming options, spacious room, nice stay. Only complaint would be pillows might be too soft and woke up with neck pain but not sure if that's the fault of the hotel or my horrible sleep posture so I wouldn't hold it against, I didn't even try to ask for other pillows so that's more on me. Otherwise fairly happy with the stay here

This Courtyard exceeded all expectations

Pleasant and accommodating staff. Very clean room and bathroom with comfortable bed and sitting area. Great TV with a lot of options. Everything in the room worked as expected including thermostat and heater.
Availability of food at restaurant in lobby. Lovely sitting area in lobby.

As we live locally, this Courtyard by Marriott will be our “go to” for friends and family needing a place to stay. It met all of our needs plus added a level of luxury. We will look for the nearest Courtyard when we travel.

Nice, clean rooms and fast, friendly check-in and check-out. Was only there one night but everything I needed. Good central location near to major roads and good restaurants. The only think I could suggest was the gate at the north end of the lot to Salem St was closed and locked while I was there, and this being open would have made for better/faster access to where I needed to go (the drive down Unicorn Park is long when you need to go north, and turning on to Montvale can be tricky during rush hour), but this may be gated per the town's direction and not Marriott's.

Everyone who works there are exceptional. From the Hotel Manager Shawn, Tyler, Tatiana and Jamal, Sharon were very pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect, its quiet and clean, and overall a great Hotel to stay at.

Great clean hotel with very silent rooms. All of the staff are extremely friendly and we had a great late night dinner at the bar on Saturday night.

Very good service, especially the bar manager who looked to be short staffed. Although he was working double duty, he took care of everyone that came down to eat or grab a drink with a smile on his face. That man definitely deserves a raise!

Visiting from Temecula California for a work trip. Rooms are clean and quiet. The people working the front desk super friendly and Jackie at the bar make an excellent Cesar salad. The location is sort of an island as you can't walk to any restaurant's from here. You'll need a ride to get to anything. I would look forward to staying again if I return to area.

Sharon at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! She made my husband and I feel very welcome. Excellent customer service!!
