Always consistent with their food. The entier family enjoys their chicken sandwiches. I love that they are closed on Sunday. As a person who has worked 22 years in retail, I have missed many birthday partys, christenings and weddings. I love that Chick Fil A gives their employees a day off every week. Keep up the good work Chick Fil A, we will see you soon.

It's a Chic fil A in a mall, a mall that doesn't see many visitors despite being a very good mall. Size - person ratio atleast.

But my review on this Chic Fil A location? Quick service due to circumstance, nice staff (per usual), food was a little undercooked and dry, but satisfying.

Had a terrific chicken 🐔 sandwich 🥪 😋. Quick service and a short wait.

Convenient location when shopping. One of the constants at the food court. Generally a line, but moves quickly. Recently there has been a rope added to help organize the line. As always, good food and friendly service.

Tasted ok buy a little to pricy for a sandwich.

Excellent food. Excellent service. Never had a problem with anything. Very kind and courteous. The longest lines out of any restaurant by far. Their success is much deserved

Michael's customer service is out of this world . They don't even offer to top your drink off at McDonald's or many other food places for one. Great job Michael and the rest of the chick-fil-a crew.

Super busy as always but also very efficient service. Can’t go wrong. Note, this location is in the Burlington mall food court on the second floor above the Apple Store.

Is there one which isn't 5 stars? The lady manager was very attentive. All staffs were super. My daughter loved the spicy sandwich. I had to be good and have the delicious Cobb salad. Honey mustard was the dressing of choice.

Awesome Chicken. A tiny bit salty for me but still Awesome crunch and taste. My husband doesn't think that it's salty at all. So it could just be me. Lol

Food court location. Standard cfa food. Always good. No line for this visit.

Chick-fil-A have always been one of my favorite fast food places. It's too bad there isn't more locations.

I really enjoy their food. It is always hot and delicious and I appreciate the fact that they are not afraid to give you more then a two condiments. Some restaurants are so tight when it come to extras condiments. I hope they never change.

Love that my son can get a quick bite or quick vanilla soft serve from here when we run to the mall . If I wasn’t always in a rush with my kiddo when visiting the mall I would try the other great places in the food court for myself (my goal this year is to try the new Korean street food place! And the place w the bubble tea! Yumm)

Good experience! Ordered online and it was ready in minutes… can’t complain. They didn’t miss any sauces either on the order, which is rare!

Who doesn't love this place? Their chicken is real and their batter is delicious. I always wish they cooked their waffle fries just a bit longer so they were crispy.

Went to this new location on a Tuesday night at 8pm and both lines were full with a wait. Clearly this was long overdue. They need to figure out how to manage the volume. But this is always my go to before Wendy's or McDonald's, plus they don't have competition from those chains nearby, so they're going to rock it.
