Oodles of Noodles

Adorable place, delicious noodles and very personable service. We were the first customers of the day and the doors hadn't been opened yet, but as soon as we were in we were offered wonderful hospitality. tried two kids of ramen, stir fried udon noodles, and braised short rib sliders with spicy kim chi. Everything was warm and delicious. Soups with mild spice aren't spicy at all, but medium has a nice but totally not overwhelming kick. The chicken katsu in the ramen is amazing!

The service was great. I really enjoyed the stir fry. My friends loved the ramen. This restaurant has some amazing noodles.

Everything here is soo good. This new FRESH housemadenoodle joint is run by a chef owner. I've been here 3 times. Each time it tastes even better. The chef will listen to your review and feedback . The menu also changes every week so you get to try different types of noodles and variations of cultural cuisines.

Incredible food with top notch service. The place looked great, very very clean. Awesome menu. We had the Tan Tan and Tonkatsu.

The food is delicious and the portions are quite large. While all the menu prices are excellent, the meal deal is a real bargain. I had the pork tonkotsu ramen with the pork eggroll. Both were fantastic! They currently have restricted hours due to staffing issues. I hope they find people soon so they can stay open longer.

This is my first time having the Taiwanese beef noodles soup definitely many more to go.

Tried their soft opening menu last week. It was delicious...I had the salmon sliders, Pasta Bolognese and Taiwanese soup. Love the fresh made pasta and noodles, it took a little longer but so worth it. Making every batch right as you order it. Difinately will be my regular spot!

My girlfriend had been wanting to check this place out for a while, so we decided to go after finishing up some Christmas shopping. And man, what a genius move on our part.

First off, the atmosphere was very cozy, with beautiful interior decorating. The woman at the counter was very welcoming and offered us menus when we walked in, while giving us the opportunity to choose our own seating. Perusing through the menu, the Pad Thai caught my eye since I had just watched an episode of the Chef Show involving pad thai and I was hankering for it since. So I ordered that, while my girlfriend ordered the Tan Tan Ramen, and we also wanted to start off with the Fried Veggie Spring Rolls. I thought the pricing seemed fair enough, but it was even better once we actually got the food.

The dishes were brought out to us and I, as a large guy, was psyched about the portions they give you. The ramen bowl presentation was gorgeous, the pad thai looked mouth-watering (and certainly smelled it as well), and the spring rolls looked like edible gold. I first bit into the spring roll: one of the best I've ever had, with the most satisfying crunch to the roll that perfectly contained the flavor party going on inside. I'm talking about the type of party where everyone involved is the life of it: you tasted it all, and unlike other spring rolls I've had, the veggies were all perfectly tender.

Then I went to the Pad Thai, which I truly can't recommend enough. I got it with chicken, which was perfectly cooked and combined with the flavors of the scallions, egg, dry shrimp and peanuts expertly. Speaking of the peanuts, the pad thai had an immaculate level of nutty flavoring to it: not too much, not too little. I started off eating it with chopsticks but switched to a fork halfway through so I could start shoveling it into my mouth faster (to the embarassment of my wonderful girlfriend). As I did so, I kept eyeing my girlfriend's TanTan Ramen until she finally relented and let me try it. Now, if you're reading this, you likely already know that the noodles are homemade. And good lord, you can taste it. The broth was incredibly rich, and you could tell there was a lot of work (and love) put into it. I didn't get the opportunity to try some of the other ingredients, namely the pork belly, but I could tell from the look of satisfaction on her face that it was phenomenal.

We finished, set down our utensils, and smiled at each other while we basked in the glory of what we just experienced. Without having to verbally reach a consensus, this is our new spot. My only regret is not coming sooner. This place deserves the attention.

Only changes I'd recommend would be to stay open later and have more non-soup entrees on the menu. Right now it's mostly pho/hotpot stuff (which they do a fantastic job with, but it'd be nice to have a little more variety).

Their ramen is fantastic and their noodles are made in-house! This was my third or fourth time visiting today and got the Tonkotsu Ramen with chicken which was definitely my favorite so far. I like it really spicy so the hostess brought me the chef's special chili oil which did the trick. Glad to have a place within a short drive from work that has the ramen I crave! A cozy place with a wide variety of freshly made noodles, from pappardelle to pho. There's also a nice little selection of non-noodle appetizers like sliders and spring rolls. We had chicken pad thai, bun rieu soup, and spring rolls. Everything had fresh, good flavors. The pad thai had a good sweet-sour mellowness, the bun rieu had a lovely rich and savory broth and good noodles, with lots of shrimp and meatballs and such. We will be going back for sure and trying more of the menu.

Had the Taiwanese beef noodle spicy soup and the sweet chilli chicken wings. Super delicious!! Super authentic. Nice spot to dine in too.

We ordered ramen and the Parmesan Truffle Oil fries and our food was amazing!! Very happy and excited to have Oodles of Noodles in Chelmsford!
