It is an extremely pleasant pizzeria where the service is great, the staff are super polite, it has a wide variety on the menu, the pizzas are delicious, it is very well located in Arlington, extremely clean and cozy environment, affordable prices, the only problem that does not have parking, I'm not sure if it has access for wheelchair users, I'm not sure if it's pet friendly, I don't think it's an ideal place for children's parties, I don't know if it has a children's menu because I didn't pay attention to it, I'm talking about it because I'm a level 8 local guide and I'm always asked these questions. but as the food is delicious i highly recommend 10/10.

There was a small issue with my order today 9/12 and the gentleman at the counter fixed it promptly and very nicely! He did everything he could to make it right. Big thank you to him!! This was around 6:15 pm.

We order here 2-3 times a month. I'm from NY, where they do pizza well, this is the Only place in Boston I can condone and you could say I HEAVILY ENDORSE thier HEAVENLY PIES. Wow and again and again. We do Marg add Sausage, which is a banger (the sausage isn't that ground up chunks it's sliced from the Link and Applied GENEROUSLY. Can I give 5 ⭐ twice? Yes, I think I'll review from my burner account as well.

I've ordered from Otto maybe 3ish times now and I am always BEYOND satisfied. I've been obsessed with everything pizza I've ever ordered, which have been the mashed potato bacon and scallion, spicy pulled pork, and the sriracha chicken avocado. The house made ranch is TOOOO good also. I'm on a teacher's salary and even I promise you it's worth the price. Can't wait to try more in the future!!!

Delicious pizza fresh right out of the oven. It’s a little pricey, but what is it nowadays so definitely don’t miss out on otto

Went for lunch got two slices bacon potatoe. One word: DELICIOUS 😋 and the sweet guy at the counter even blessed me with a free cookie. Will come back for more pizza!!!

Great big pizzas with lots of rich toppings and fluffy crust. Vegan cheese makes this an option for vegans and dairy-free people alike.

They make the crust perfectly mixed hybrid between doughy and crunchy, the pizza sauce was to die for, and the over-all quality was 10/10!

Great pizza!!! Not a lot of places to sit at this location but very friendly staff. Order take out and pizza was so flipping good...try the potatoes, bacon, and chive pie...it's the bomb!

Yes this is some of the best pizza I have ever had if not the best. Elegant, artisan design and taste with a street pizza feel. Perfect. More importantly they make the best hands down gluten free pizza I have ever had. On top of it the hospitality is fantastic. This is my new Pizza spot!

Picked up to go Gluten Free Pizza. It was fantastic. And ready in 10 minutes. Great combination of toppings that you would normally not think of....but they work well.

We came here as a goodbye dinner as most of my friends are exchange students and we're heading back home. We had an excellent time... The lady was very kind and helped us with our large order. The pizza flavors were very unconventional, but all tasted excellent, some of the best pizza I've ever had. Would recommend.

Pizza is great. Lots of interesting flavors indifferent types of slices. The slices are reheated so sometimes they're not fresh out of the oven but they still taste great. Someday I'd like to get a whole pizza from them but as of yet to have never done so.

They have usual and delicious combinations of pizza toppings here (I'm a big fan of the pulled pork and mango). On the higher end of prices for pizza but it's excellent quality. I received a pizza with a burned bottom once and they were very responsive and apologetic (replacement and refund). In short, they have great pizza and great customer service!

They have VEGAN PIZZA THERE! And it's sooooo delicious! We tried the cauliflower mushroom one and also the olive spinach garlic one and they were both phenomenal. Can't wait to try the others!!! You can make any vegan combo you want with their toppings and vegan mozzarella cheese! Highly recommend!
