Crochet Physical Therapy

I had a great experience at Crochet PT! All the staff are welcoming, helpful, and have a good sense of humor. I genuinely looked forward to showing up to each session. I feel stronger than ever and appreciate the patience and commitment of everyone. As a cross country coach and runner myself I will share exercises I’ve learned with my athletes and recommend Crochet PT because they are awesome. Thank you for getting me back on the run :)

My experience with Crochet Physical Therapy was nothing short of amazing. Having had many surgeries in the past – osteotomy (leg), shoulder (rotator), knee replacements (both) - and now a revision on my right knee replacement, I have spent more time in physical therapy sessions than the average person.

I can honestly say that this last round of PT with Crochet was my best experience yet. I was referred to them by my wife who had used them in the past for her knee replacement PT, and most recently for some shoulder issues. She highly recommended them based on her experience and her results. I am so glad I listened to her (as every good husband should do for his wife if he wants a happy marriage)!

The staff are all so very nice and professional and made me feel like one of the family from the minute I walked in the door on Day One. To be honest, I was a little skeptical upon first site when I walked in, as it is an old former home residence that has been converted for PT. However, as I toured the place, I quickly noticed it is much larger than I thought as they have made very efficient and effective use of the main floor and the basement. There is plenty of space to simultaneously treat 4-6 patients. They have a gamut of equipment to treat all types of injuries, including some (both old and new) that none of the previous facilities I have visited had available.

Most importantly, the results of my PT exceeded my expectations (as well as my physician’s!). The therapy that I did with the staff’s assistance during my visits, along with the activities they had me do on my own at home, was very effective and we concluded the PT weeks ahead of schedule. Both Don and Robbie (along with their assistants) have extensive knowledge and know what they are doing. They prescribe treatment that is appropriate for your individual needs and pace of recovery.

I highly recommend Crochet Physical Therapy for all your PT needs. I will be glad to do a reference for anyone who would like one!

This practice is fantastic. They bend over backwards for the client. Dealing with difficult schedules of mine and they still found a way to accommodate me, even though they're very busy. I had seen another PT who gave me exercises that did not work. They only seem to make my injury worse. Robbie immediately identified the issue, gave me exercises I could do safely. He is incredibly knowledgeable and more important accurate when diagnosing a situation. I will highly recommend this practice to any of my friends and family.

I came in because I had had chest pain and trouble breathing for the past several years due to Covid. Having been through the gambit of doctors and tests that did nothing, it was Rob who finally pinpointed the muscle dysfunction that was causing the issue. I looked forward to my visits, everyone was super nice, starting with Shelly at the front desk to all of the other PTs and staff, they all remembered my name and said hello. Rob was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I breathe so much better now and have my energy back since getting treatment. Thanks again!

Dr Don and the Crochet PT team are amazing! They have now taken care of my ails 2 times. I have been to several Physical Therapy offices in my past, and these guys make others seem like child’s play. I will go to Crochet Physical Therapy for my future needs, and recommend them to anyone in need that I come across!

Robbie and Don have handled all of my injuries and got me back training. Clear explanation, timeline is accurate, and a simple approach. Easy to get appointments and no referral needed!

Had a complete rotator cuff repair and was recommended to come to Crochet. I recommend the same for all things physical therapy. It's the personal touch on top of the process for appropriate healing. One does well coming for help from these very professional people.

I recently went through 5 invasive surgeries on my hands, which required extensive physical therapy to help me get back to work and life. Don and Robbie set up a treatment plan that gave me strength and mobility beyond my (and my Doctor’s) expectations. The staff is attentive and supportive, second to none. I am division I college gymnast and I have used Crochet Physical Therapy for many of years. He has taken care of multiple different injuries over the years. This year I had a major surgery and I am home for the summer so of course I chose to go to see Don and his staff. They allowed me to fully recover and get back to gymnastics 100%. I can't thank Don and his staff enough for all their support. They also have recently renovated where things have been updated and have some new high-tech equipment like the Alter-G (anti-gravity treadmill), which helped my recovery tremendously. I would recommend this office to any athlete and also any person who is in need of help due to pain. Don and his staff truly care about your well-being and will help you to get relief.

I threw my back out just after Thanksgiving and ended up going with Crochet Physical Therapy because of their location and that they were well-reviewed. I am so glad I did. I worked with both Don and Robbie and I think everyone else on the team. I saw how they worked with me, and with everyone else who was working with them when I was also getting physical therapy. They are gentle but they'll push on you. They explain what they are doing and why. They were able to help me get back to normal and have left me with a plan and regime of stretching and exercising that (I hope) means it will be a long time before I hurt my back again. Thank you to everyone at Crochet for their hard work with me.

I've been a patient at good physical therapy facilities before, but CROCHET PT is the first GREAT one I've found. The whole experience, from the Front Desk to diagnosis to treatment and recovery, has been excellent. Every member of the staff radiates both the know-how and the healing vibe that make this place stand out. I feel lucky to have found Crochet PT.

I had such a great experience working with Don and his staff. I went in with a sprained ankle they helped me work through the pain, gave me a lot of great exercises that strengthened not only my ankle but my entire leg and got me on the path to recovery. They made PT fun, I actually looked forward to going every week. Robbie is great working with the patients and pushed you just far enough. I already have recommended Crochet PT to two friends and will continue to recommend to others. Thanks for all you did for me!!

I tore my Achilles and had it surgically repaired mid March of this year. 10 weeks post op I was cleared for PT and chose Crochet Physical Therapy and this was the best decision I could have made. Don, Robbie and the entire staff are extremely knowledgeable and very thorough with the care of their patients. I have (and will continue to) refer patients to them. If I ever have a need for PT, it will be a no brainer for who I will choose. I will be forever grateful for how they helped me rehab and get my quality of life back.

Couldn’t recommend Rob and his crew more! He really takes his time with each individual to pinpoint your pain and what’s best for your recovery. I wish I had more time with him but rob advised me running into Scott Blvd isn’t a good way to get more sessions. :) Hope to see y’all soon! Especially that gem at the front desk.

Great experience! Everyone at Crochet feels like they truly care & the whole team feels like a family. I injured my wrist skateboarding and they helped fix it, letting me get active again. Will 100% come back for other needs

I have been going to Crochet PT for years. I believe I started in 2016.I have been helped with everything from my neck and back, to my shoulders, elbows, hands, hips, knees, feet, and everything in between! My son is 12 and started going to Don for orthotics when he was 5 or 6. He walked with his toes hitting each other and couldn't run because he would trip over his own feet. Now he walks straight thanks to Don and his orthotics! When he was 2, a highly respected orthopedic surgeon told me he would never walk straight, never play sports, and never be on a sports team or even be able to run. He does all of that and enjoys it all! He is an avid swimmer and even a hip hop dancer. Thank you, Don!

I highly suggest this physical therapy practice to anyone suffering from an injury or recovering from surgery. The staff is amazing. Their receptionist Tamara, their skilled and helpful techs, and my therapist Violet, all genuinely cared about my injuries. They are invested in their patients' recovery and very knowledgeable.

Their treatment worked wonderfully--all while being sensitive to my work and family responsibilities. They work WITH you, and obviously care about you. I immediately felt like I was in excellent hands. Now, I feel better than I have in years!

I started going to Crochet Physical Therapy in November 2017 to help with my recovery for a broken leg. Don Crochet RPT or Violette Schneider RPT always worked on my leg and ankle each visit to ensure I was progressing with my recovery. Each would give me tips on what I needed to do at home to help me with my progress. Robbie, Alex, Pattie and Tracy were professional, and were genuinely concerned with helping me get better. The team had a perfect balance of pushing me and being my biggest cheerleader. They started me off slow with easy exercises and built up to the harder stuff throughout my appointments, so I never felt overworked and reinjured. Some of the exercises and stretches I learned there I was able to do at home. Crochet Physical Therapy has an anti-gravity treadmill and using this machine as part of my therapy helped to improve my walking both quickly and comfortably. They are very knowledgeable and were always informative whenever I had questions. Tamera, the receptionist, always greetedme with a smile and a hello, how are you. She always scheduled my appointments for times that were most convenient for me. I never had to wait past my appointment time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Don and his staff are wonderful. They not only have a great camaraderie, but they also get results. They are all about the results. It became clear from the care they provided and the interactions that I witnessed, that each of their patients was like a member of the family. I would recommend Crochet Physical Therapy to anyone.

I had a good experience with them. They really helped me heal my ankle which caused pain for years. What was most helpful were the custom insoles they had made for me whichninstillnuse 6 years later. They said there’s a lifetime warranty for them; I’ll be testing that soon! They were hands on, polite and just generally friendly people.
